Meet Gina, Crystal & Nicole | The Mom Link Co-Founders

We had the good fortune of connecting with Gina, Crystal & Nicole and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Gina, Crystal, what is the most important factor behind your success?
The success of The Mom Link really came out of the need for momprenuers and women in business to feel a sense of connectedness to a community of like-minded women that understand the concept of collaboration over competition when it comes to business. As the founders, we understood the unique wins as well as struggles of a working mother, a mother who is running her own business, and the need to share these experiences in a safe space with other women who get it. As momprenuers, we may not have anyone in our lives that can support our specific dreams and goals. And in The Mom Link, we all seek to inspire, empower, educate and support one another to achieve our goals both in business and in life. Sucess to us looks like our community members gaining the tools, skills and knowledge to win in business. Success for us looks life women joining our community and leaving forever changed for the better, becoming ultimately the best version of themselves they can possibly be. Our legacy is to leave an impact on the community of momprenuers we serve so that they can conquer their goals and pursue their dreams as both mothers and women in business.

Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
All 3 of us – Crystal, Gina & Nicole – have a background in nonprofit work and community impact. Crystal has traveled the globe doing HIV work and research, Gina was the CEO of a nonprofit for 10 years in Delray Beach, FL, and Nicole has worked for several politicians and campaigns for many years. All three of us have left our careers to dive full into the full-time job of being a mother. And after having both a long term, successful career and a journey as a mother, the 3 of us connected on a social audio app called Clubhouse and collaborated to form The Mom Link. We have grown our community to over 24K women, have hosted 3 virtual summits, have been featured guests on many podcasts & have been keynote speakers at several online events & summits.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
Of course we love Miami, Spa day at the one hotel and dinner at Papi Steak
