We had the good fortune of connecting with Gonzalo J. Di Primio and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Gonzalo J., how do you define success?
Success for me is defined by the recognition and satisfaction of my team, customers and suppliers. It is about building strong and lasting relationships. It is about more than just the financial results, but also the quality of the relationships we build and the impact we generate in the world. I have enjoyed entrepreneurship in Argentina, Uruguay and the United States and we are currently evaluating the possibility of expanding our business to Europe, which motivates me to continue pursuing my goals. The possibility of creating something from nothing and seeing it grow is what I am passionate about.
I believe that for a business to be successful it is essential to have a clear idea of the problem to be solved and the target market. In addition, it is necessary to investigate and analyze the competition and the existing opportunities. Once the business strategy and objectives have been defined, it is important to establish key performance indicators and communicate the business value proposition clearly and authentically to customers in order to build trust and long-term loyalty.
On the other hand, I believe that work-life balance is very important to meet our goals; and it is something I found many years ago.
Personally, I am happy to spend time with my family and friends, and to work on projects that I am passionate about. For me, these relationships and projects are what truly matter in life and give me a sense of purpose and satisfaction.

Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
My career is related to projecting ideas and carrying them out. I have founded several companies in Argentina such as FireNet, NetadminN and 8 Days Week. Since 2021 I have been based in Miami, Florida and I am the main responsible for the Techy Sunrise franchise of Flagus LLC.
Currently, I am working in my own consulting firm “Gonzalo Di Primio Consultant” whose purpose is to transmit to my clients knowledge, experience and imprint fruit of the effort and work throughout my career, which I carry in my DNA.
It was not always easy, but I have learned from both successes and defeats.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
I would take him to see the beaches of the Gulf of Mexico coast; Sarasota, Naples and Jupiter. I would keep him away from the noise of the city. At night, I would like to take him to Fort Lauderdale; 4:30 Boardroom Bar, which I found to be a spectacular place, and Patrizia’s Fort Lauderdale.
Furthermore, I would take him to Brickell, which I think is the perfect combination of business and sightseeing.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
My wife Rocío and my children Timoteo, Baltazar, Joaquín, Olivia and Juana are fundamental in my life, as well as my friends. A great inspiration for me are my ancestors who decided to emigrate from Italy to Argentina in search of a better future.

As a public person I would like to name Jerry Seinfeld. He is not only a comedian, but also an actor, writer, and producer.
