Hi Guljahon, can you walk us through the thought-process of starting your business?
As medical professionals, it is always our best interest to help others. We wanted to make our services more affordable and more accessible compared to other competitors.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
One of the key difference between us and another businesses is that we provide medical aesthetic services. We are not a spa or a beauty bar. We never call our patients “clients.” We treat each individual patient as if they’re our family. Our main priority is to help *them* rather than just a single condition. Our goal is to alleviate any insecurity from our patients so they can strive with confidence.

What brings us pure pride and excitement is being able to help people in a more affordable price range. So much so that we offer in house financing! We want to be able to help people and see them extremely joyful from their results. That is the joy that keeps us going.

Starting our business was not easy. There were plenty of obstacles that me and my husband faced, trying to get our business started. We began our business in December 2019, a few months before the pandemic. Yet when the pandemic hit, we had to wait until we had clearance by the government to operate. It took us a nice amount of time to search for our dream office. But fortunately, we finally found our first office in August 2021 in New Windsor, NY! One of our other struggles was purchasing state of the art, FDA approved laser equipments. We wanted to get the best equipment on the market for our patients to get the best results possible. Since we are a new business, it was challenging to get finance from the bank. But we made it and we’re thriving! During these years of hardship, we learned to always trust your gut and be patient. We want the world to know that we are here and we’re here to help. Since we are medical professionals, we always want to help and make big positive changes in peoples lives. We want them to leave our office smiling.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
We live one of the most gorgeous and stunning areas in New York. The Hudson Valley! The Hudson Valley has many lovely places to visit such as The Mohonk Mountain House, Bear Mountain Park, West Point, The Hudson River Front which also has many wonderful restaurants by the water. For those who love shopping, Woodbury Commons is a wonderful place to visit.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
Our business began with an idea dated back in 2019. We received a phone call from the nurse, Inna German RN, that she was offering us to purchase her used laser hair removal device. Back in 2015, I had an amazing experience with her during my laser hair removal journey. I would drive all the way to Brooklyn, New York, which was 70 miles one way in order to get my treatment done. She was referred by a friend who received great results for affordable prices. 4 years later, the results remain fantastic. I’ve done research in the area on the prices of laser hair removal treatments. Although, unfortunately, not everyone in my area could afford the package prices. That was when me and my husband, Dr. Okil Fayzullayev MD, decided to buy high quality equipment to give our community the affordable prices that they deserve. If it weren’t for that phone call, we wouldn’t be where we are right now.
