Hi Gustavo, what is the most important factor behind your success?
Definitely, the most important factor behind my success is INTEGRITY. I have learned in my years in business that being a man of integrity will always open new doors for me. It has always been the reason why my customers trust me and recommend my services to other people. My main goal is to always establish a good and trustful relationship with my clients. For me is important to understand their needs and pay attention to the small details so i can deliver the best service in order to guarantee customer satisfaction.

Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
My professional career has been a roller coaster. Lots of ups and downs. Lots of wins and losses, but what I love is that I am constantly learning new things that have make me grown professionally and personally. Of course, the journey has not being easy, otherwise everyone would be doing what I do. I have felt like giving up in various opportunities, but I just keep going and I never stop being persistent on making my dreams happen. I truly believe that everything is possible as long as you work very hard for what you want and never lose the enthusiasm.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
I do not even know where would I take her/him, there are some many cool places here in Miami to visit, For me would not be fair to mention just specific places. Of course, the first thing that I would do is to take my friend out on a yacht so she/he can experience Miami from the water. Most people say that if you go to Miami and do not go out on a boat then you were not really in Miami. So, I would not accept the fact that my friend do not live that experience specially when i work in the yacht yacht rentals industry. For sure on a week trip I will just try to take my friend to the best places in Miami and make him/her try all the best restaurants according to google search. There are lots of nice plans here in Miami that people will definitely enjoy.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
My family and friends who have always been there supporting me in the highs and lows. It is also important to recognize Voyage Mia for the opportunity and my customers because without them I would not have achieved the success that have today. I would also like to mention my little daugher because she motivates me to keep working and pushing my limits.
