We had the good fortune of connecting with Guy Wassermann and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Guy, is your business focused on helping the community? If so, how?

I love this question! I can direct it more into my personal life,
As a frequent Traveller (for business matters) , I’m flying about 1-2 times per week, mostly in Europe, as part of my travels I like to help other travelers by using all the Possible channels, mostly My Instagram and Google, by recommending and reviewing the places I’m staying, the restaurants I go to eat, the airlines I’m flying with and the main attractions in each city.

Just since January 2022 I visited about 35 countries and since 2012 visited over 80 countries in Europe, Caribbean, Central America and USA.
I started photographing a few years ago and now adays I’m carrying with me in most of my travels My Nikon Camera, a DJI and my Mobile which is super important for me to have good cameras on it so I can share what I see, in the best way possible.
During this years I have collaborated with big fan pages of cruise company and official pages of tourism.

Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.

When started my career, managing Stores onboard Cruise ships, I knew that my goal, is to help people to grow, I grew in the hard way and I felt I need to make it easier for others. Now adays I’m managing, mentoring, teaching and supporting My people, I don’t like to use the word employees, they are part of a family.

I believe that a business success starts from the smallest details. I faced many challenges during my time managing this business, every day i face an issue, My advice, never postpone a task, you have an issue? it must be solved right away. To overcome challenges, no matter how hard they seem, is to be positive and to remind yourself why you do what you do. Now adays I have gained the skills to Coach and help small businesses to Manage it correctly, to understand the main purpose and to supply their services in the best and most representative way.

As I am very into changing habits and helping people to improve, My deep connection and knowledge about skin care, helping me to achieve those manners by collaborating with some of the finest brands now adays, As – Individuel Genève , a brand which based on Natural ingredients. We are in a path of growth and now adays we are selling mostly in our chain of stores in Switzerland, Norway, Hungary and Onboard stores of one of the biggest Cruise lines in the world. Lately we have joined the Online section and we are selling worldwide through our site and our App. Through this brand, I manage to connect people to their natural look, supporting the globe with Eco-friendly and high quality of products. Individuel Genève idea was born in Switzerland and brought a successful collaboration of Skin care laboratories and skin Specialists.
One of our main investment is in people and our training method, as we believe, knowledge is power and education is the best way to create the interest for each one of our Skin consultants and our customers around the world.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
Miami, known as the non-stop and one of the most active cities in The world actually, Just to find the balance , I would say to calm down and enjoy the beautiful North part of Miami Beach for the first day or 2, just to have pure relaxation and to enjoy the calmest area of the busy city.
Are u calm enough? Ok..now it’s time to warm up!
Get yourself an Air B&B or a hotel room in Brickell and enjoy the many culinary and fun spots it has to offer,
Start with brunch in Cafe Bastille in downtown, Good coffee, fresh juice and delicious Eggs Benedict.
Browse around the Wynwood and get a local IPA beer in one of the local Bars.
After got yourself food, drink, u are all set..head towards Nikki Beach and don’t miss out the Passion fruit cocktail.
As I’m not a huge party persona, I always recommend enjoying the day to the maximum , visit Vizcaya Museum and Gardens enjoy the Villa and the Italian Renaissance.
Are you ready for dinner, wow, this is the hardest one, so many amazing restaurants,
From Peruvian specialities to French, Italian and Asian Cuisine.
I will suggest to pay a visit at Osaka, great and fusion cuisine.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
My mom, the most amazing person in my life, worked hard just to make sure nothing will be missing from me and my brother and gave us everything she could, even if she will have less. My brother, who’s always supporting me, always listening and always had given me the best of his attention to keep doing what I do.
My love, whos sharing with me my best and my worst, being there for me and she is my number 1 fan.
This combination had created my determination and my personality into Caring and loving.
