We had the good fortune of connecting with Heidi Ronquillo and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Heidi, can you walk us through the thought-process of starting your business?
When I created Purple Lotus Spiritual Healing I wanted to create a sacred space for people in my community to find healing and wellness. As time went on and I went through my own personal challenges such as infantility, miscarriage and divorce the purpose for my business changed and I felt a need to create a space for women to heal, to return to themselves after these challenges and transitions in there lives. I wanted to let them know that they are not alone and I can guide them on their healing through my womb healing sessions, self-love coaching, wellness tools, workshops and more.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
I am not just another business in the pool of spiritual business in this community whos hoped on a trend. Ive been doing what I do for 11 years and I am happy that my niche in womb wellness and sacred sexuality is more widely celebrated but my passion and life purpose is to guide women in whatever stage or transition they are going through whether is getting pregnant, going through a divorce or mourning a loved one. I am here to support you on this path called life that can be a bit harder for women so you don’t have to do it alone.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
If I had a best friend visiting, I would most definitely take them over to Arbetters for some amazing hot dogs. I am a major outdoor person so I will follow by taking them to Virginia Key or Mattheson hammocks to show them how beautiful our bay is and then perhaps ending the night with a bio luminescent kayak tour.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
There are a handful of people whom Id dedicate this to but first and foremest Im here and I do what I do for my kids, Michael, Ethan and my little girl in heaven, Mia.
I also dedicate this to the loves of my life for supporting me and organizations like Virtual Moms Collective, the anima collective, Women for Success, Flourish media for taking a chance in me and seeing how important what I offer is to the community and to my friend Liss from Natural Wonders for supporting my and not letting me give up.
