Meet Hugo Aristides

We had the good fortune of connecting with Hugo Aristides and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Hugo, what’s something about your industry that outsiders are probably unaware of?
Innovation is a consequence, not a root cause of entrepreneurship. It’s an attitude toward life. Entrepreneurs who expand their consciousness via spiritual expansion, soon find their attention levels heightened. This inner force drives them to ask questions no one else is asking. They often stand out as the “weirdest” in the group, seeing things differently as they are driven more by heart and less by their minds. The big risk is getting lost in creativity, like never ending daydreaming without practical execution.
Traditional accelerators often assume entrepreneurs or angel investors are been led by their heart. The traditional mind driven entrepreneur is like a car, it has a limited scope of miles to run. The heart driven entrepreneur with the never ending energy from new levels of consciousness can’t stop until fulfilling their purpose.
The startup acceleration coaching business requires deep passion and preparation. I had to undergo profound inner transformations and experience the darkest days to understand that I just needed to follow my instincts – my heart, welcoming my fears and accepting my human imperfect reality.
This has been my way to entrepreneurship, reason why now after several attempts and I learned to manage between my corporate duties and to select my “donation only” clients through the conscious accelerator method. They only pay a donation based on value delivered.
Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
After overcoming several entrepreneurial challenges, I successfully combined my corporate duties with my passion for volunteering. This allowed me to be selective with my clients and integrate various disciplines like Six Sigma, product innovation, channel management, and go-to-market strategies with consciousness expansion and catholic contemplative prayer meditations. This approach helped successful employees, entrepreneurs and angel investors find their passion while being effective breadwinners. It also enabled me to take more risks, innovate, and be a pioneer in the new conscious accelerator segment I have been working on. More information in my site www.hugoaristides.com
