We had the good fortune of connecting with ISMAEL TRIVINO and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi ISMAEL, what habits do you feel helped you succeed?
“Several habits have played a crucial role in my journey to success. First and foremost, maintaining a disciplined schedule by waking up early every day has been a game-changer. I adhere to a routine of rising at 3 am on weekdays and 6 am on weekends. This early start allows me to kickstart my day with a clear mind and ample time for focused, uninterrupted work.
Consistent engagement in sports has also been instrumental in my process. I am an avid triathlete, consistently training for IronMan races. This commitment to physical activity not only keeps me fit but also instills discipline, resilience, and a strong work ethic. The challenges of triathlon training mirror the challenges in other aspects of life, teaching me valuable lessons about perseverance and goal-setting.
Another key habit is my commitment to lifelong learning. I strive to be a ‘forever learning being,’ always seeking new knowledge and skills, this habit keeps me adaptable in a rapidly changing world. Embracing a mindset of continuous learning has been pivotal in staying ahead in my professional and personal pursuits.
Furthermore, I make it a point to read a new book regularly. This habit not only provides me with a wealth of information and diverse perspectives but also serves as a source of inspiration. Reading broadens my understanding of the world, stimulates creativity, and enhances problem-solving skills.
In essence, the combination of an early morning routine, consistent engagement in sports, a commitment to lifelong learning, and regular reading has created a foundation for my success. These habits not only contribute to my personal well-being but also foster a mindset of discipline, adaptability, and intellectual curiosity that is essential for navigating the complexities of life and achieving long-term goals.”

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
Best plans:
– For Art Basel or art week, I will take them to a new Art Gallery called LA COMETA in Allappatha the new Art hub of the city.
– For eating with a view I will take them to Lido Restaurant at The Standard Miami. also to The Klaw or the new Casadonna.
– For sports I will take them to ride bycicle or run in key biscayne all the way to the light house or in south beach at south point.
