Hi Jac, what is the most important factor behind your success?
The success of my clients overall well-being is the most important factor behind my success.
How my clients feel, look. at and think about themselves is a reflection of the life coaching I have provided them through their journey with me.
How my client struts into a room with confidence, taller posture and a brighter smile is a reflection of the resources I have given them through their journey with me.
The better they feel the more they want to show and express it to others.
When other people see that, it is an automatic human response to NEED that feeling too and naturally they now trust me.

What should our readers know about your business?
My Company’s mission is to help individuals achieve their Maximum Potential without feeling pressured and overwhelmed through the journey of getting there. This is accomplished by implementing a concept created by my company, The 6 Pillars of Wellness, into each of my clients Customized Lifestyle Training and/or Nutrition Programs.
Through the 6 Pillars of Wellness implementation, your attention is diverted from the Fitness/Nutrition goal and redirected to simply achieving a consistently balanced overall well-being. Once a Balanced Overall Well-Being is achieved, you are then functioning at a maximum potential and naturally, everything you desire to accomplish will gravitate towards you.
I realized I wanted to become a Lifestyle Management Coach after I overcame several life challenges through the act of channeling my energy into improving my Well-Being. In those challenging times, I quickly learned that in a world full of ever-changing chaos, the only thing you can control is how you handle you. This realization helped me understand that I must always function at my maximum potential to be prepared for anything life throws at me.
To achieve my maximum potential I began consistently working on all aspects of my Well-Being and it is through this practice that I created The 6 Pillars of Wellness Concept ~ a plan that effortlessly keeps you in tune with balancing and tending to all 6 pillars of your Well-Being. It is now my singular passion to help you effortlessly achieve what-ever Fitness and/or Nutrition Goals you may have through the implementation of The 6 Pillars of Wellness in your Customized Lifestyle Program.
If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
Ironically my best friend from Europe is visiting for 8 days starting this Friday. Here is our itinerary.
Friday:
Pick up from airport and have a light dinner where we catch up and reconnect. We will probably end the night earlier in accommodation to the Jet Lag
Saturday & Sunday:
Since this is her only full weekend here we will try to do as many south florida weekend activities as possible. On saturday we will visit the beach and go to one of the fun/classy clubs in South Florida. Sunday we will veg out at a local dive bar all day with friends and family to watch the football playoffs.
From Monday to Friday I will have to work from 5am-11am in which I will encourage her to go get coffee, sleep in, lay out or workout until I am done. Once I am done I will take her to do fun outdoor activities like kayaking, paddle boarding, lunch on a1a, a drive through the Florida keys and to my brothers to hang and catch up. Most week nights we will stay home and make fun recipes and a few of the nights I will take her to some of my favorite restaurants in Fort Lauderdale.
