We had the good fortune of connecting with JackÖ Renza and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi JackÖ, we’d love to hear about how you approach risk and risk-taking
Being an independent artist. It becomes a little more uphill. I go through challenges that exceed my expectations and the good thing about this is that it makes me believe, learn and mature for future projects.

Taking risks is an important favor for the artist to be able to continue climbing the steps. I see them as challenges that define my art more. The chess pieces are played in an intelligent way.

Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
I have dedicated the last 3 years to directing visually musical projects. Being part of that, I work a lot in the photographic field and on the one hand I integrate my acting part into the projects. I differentiate myself through my visual way, I describe situations with sound colors highlighting the vision that requests it. What excites me most about me is the way of solving problems, seeing it from the improvised side, it gives you a useful way of presenting.

My goal has not been to arrive but to travel and enjoy the journey. It has not been easy. You must be firm when communicating, have tolerance when disagreeing with colleagues and above all have faith that what you strive for will bear good fruit.

I have learned to learn to listen, to know that intuition brings something with it. In order to learn, you have to know how to learn without ego or taking things personally.

I want the world to know about my stay in this world as a multiphase creative person who has transmuted to different creative spaces in a way that highlights in each place that it is leaving a mark and allowing the growth of art itself.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
My favorite city so far in the artistic part has been Argentina. It became my place of refuge for that child who was frustrated. I would go with a friend of mine named Niqui with whom I couldn’t share much and it was interesting to meet her. I’ll take her to eat shawarmas at the place where I always did my Friday ritual. I would ride the bicycle to a place called Tigre to be by the Puerto de los Frutos. Go out partying at the clubs and share with my Argentinian friends. I would show her all the little vintage stores around the city. We would go to San Telmo to eat wine or tapas. The truth is that I would do a photo session through many of the emblematic streets of Buenos Aires. I would be very happy to go to Luna Park. Go to the Japanese garden and finally I would take the time to visit every possible place in Argentina.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
Here in Miami to Gabriel Duque that without knowing me he trust on me. My great guide to get to this has been the book the 7 powers of highly effective people.
