We had the good fortune of connecting with Jade and Sam Warshaw and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Jade and Sam, is there something that you feel is most responsible for your success?
Warshaw Entertainment

In entertainment there can be a lot of unkind people. People who will take advantage of you, or who only care about their own personal gain.
Our whole goal was to be the opposite of that.
For us the biggest factor in our success has always been We treat people the way we would want to be treated. We treat people with value and integrity and fairness, looking out for the interests of others not just ourselves, always seeking to provide the best possible quality and service first.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
Our goal is to serve and provide each party with exactly what they need. Artists need great work opportunities and cruise lines need quality, talented artists. We match them together in a way that meets the needs of both. We are energized when we get to solve problems by creating amazing opportunities for others. Over the years we have cultivated so many amazing relationships with musicians and talent bookers. Knowing that we have earned the trust and loyalty of countless Incredible musicians and almost every major cruise lines is something we are very proud of. It’s always worth it to hold tight to high standards and high integrity, this may cause you to grow a bit slower at times, but it is totally worth it and you look up and be amazed at the incredible business and relationships you have built.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
ok. so first we are going to pompano beach, as sunset we are eating crab cakes on the balcony of “Oceanic” restaurant

next day we are definitely going down to Miami, doing some shopping on lincoln rd. Getting donuts from Salty Donut, and checking out win wood, hit up top golf if you have time.

Gotta hit up Ft. Laudy. Love hanging on the beach near beach place. For sure gotta eat at Louie Bossi on las Olas for dinner. Order the Old Fashioned. It’s the best one you’ll ever have and you will compare every other old fashioned you ever drink to it from now on.. lol.

and some of my friends are probably performing near by at the Hard Rock so we are for sure going there to watch them perform and then stick around to enjoy the black jack tables.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
Church by the Glades @cbglades. – They are our church family and have poured so much into us along the way.

Raul Palacios @cubanpastor- He an incredible leader, finance guru and business mentor for us.

Royal Caribbean Cruise Line – We got our first jobs in the cruise entertainment industry with Royal, and they introduced us to a way to entertain and be musicians and performers that we absolutely fell in love with.
