Meet Janet Regalado | Realtor, TV Host, Lender

We had the good fortune of connecting with Janet Regalado and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Janet, what is the most important factor behind your success?
The most important factor behind my success and the success of my brand is authenticity and relationship-building. In the real estate industry, trust is everything, and I’ve built my career on genuinely connecting with clients, understanding their needs, and exceeding their expectations.
Being hands-on as a CEO, staying involved with my agents and employees, and maintaining strong relationships with past and present clients has allowed me to create a lasting impact. Whether in Miami, New York, or beyond, my focus has always been on delivering exceptional service, staying ahead of market trends, and ensuring that every transaction feels personal and seamless.
Ultimately, success comes from consistently showing up, being passionate about what I do, and making sure that every client and team member feels valued.
Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
My business is built on authenticity, relationships, and excellence in the real estate industry. With years of experience in both residential and commercial real estate, I’ve had the privilege of helping countless clients buy, sell, and invest in properties, making their dreams a reality. What sets me apart is my hands-on approach, deep market knowledge, and commitment to exceeding expectations—whether it’s finding the perfect home or securing the best investment opportunities.
What I’m Most Proud of
I’m incredibly proud of the trust and relationships I’ve built over the years. Real estate is more than just transactions—it’s about understanding people’s goals, lifestyles, and aspirations. I take pride in creating a seamless and stress-free experience for my clients, ensuring they feel confident and informed every step of the way.
The Journey & Challenges
Getting to where I am today wasn’t easy. The real estate industry is competitive, ever-changing, and demanding. There were moments of uncertainty, market fluctuations, and challenges that tested my resilience. However, I overcame them by staying adaptable, continuously learning, and maintaining unwavering dedication to my clients. Every obstacle became an opportunity to grow, refine my expertise, and strengthen my brand.
Lessons Learned
Authenticity wins – People want to work with someone they trust. Being genuine, transparent, and honest has been the foundation of my success.
Relationships are everything – Clients aren’t just clients; they become long-term connections. Taking the time to build meaningful relationships has led to repeat business and referrals.
Consistency and perseverance pay off – Success doesn’t happen overnight. Staying consistent, showing up, and pushing through challenges have been key to building a lasting career.
Always innovate and evolve – The industry is always shifting, and those who stay ahead of trends thrive. I embrace new technology, market strategies, and fresh approaches to better serve my clients.
What I Want the World to Know
My brand is about excellence, trust, and making real estate dreams happen. Whether you’re buying, selling, or investing, I bring passion, expertise, and a personal touch to every deal. I believe in elevating the real estate experience and making sure my clients feel valued and supported.
At the heart of it all, I love what I do, and I’m grateful for every client and connection I’ve made along the way. The journey continues, and I’m excited for what’s ahead! 🚀
