We had the good fortune of connecting with Jasmin Terrany, LMHC and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Jasmin, we’d love to hear about how you approach risk and risk-taking
I always try to lead with faith over fear, but have recently realized how much strategizing and certainty, I “require” before taking bigger leaps. Now, I more directly address the fears that try to keep me “safe.” I return to the trust that I would rather experience the fullness of my human experience, even if it is uncomfortable.
Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
In my virtual Life Therapy practice, I work with high achieving women. These women are amazing. They refuse to live an average life. They are committed to excellence. They dedicate their lives to more – more impact, more self-reflection, more personal-growth, more contribution, more financial abundance and most importantly, infinite love.
But it can feel lonely at the top.
And I believe no one should settle for the status quo – especially in friendship.
I’ve been thinking a lot about this quote recently, “You are an average of the 5 people you spend the most time with,” by Jim Rohn.
The problem is when you want to feel connected to incredible women like you, but you don’t know where to find them or how to create those new relationships. It can feel disappointing to spend time with friends who aren’t on your “wavelength.”
I believe we all deserve to be a leader amongst leaders.
Since it can be hard to create a caliber tribe, I’ve made it easy to create the connections we crave.
So I’ve created a virtual social club!
- Jasmin Balance: An Intimate Virtual Society of World-Changing Women.
When you are down, we will lift you up. When you are up we will celebrate together.
Now, more than ever, we must connect – with ourselves – and each other.
You are a force. Let’s join forces.
Membership is limited – email Info@JasminBalance.com to set up an interview!
If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
Since I have small children, a lot would have to do with how willing my husband was to be on Daddy duty! For me the “best time ever” includes a lot of quality catch up time, great conversations, preferably outdoors, by the water. I really enjoy the beach, pool and outdoor restaurants at the Acqualina, and I really miss dancing.
The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
I’d like to dedicate this to Ginny Baughman, the Community Coordinator of Jasmin Balance. Our society would not exist if it wasn’t for all of her hard work!!
