We had the good fortune of connecting with Jazmin Kylene and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Jazmin, what role has risk played in your life or career?
I think risk holds a lot more weight than people think! Deeply embedded in the times in which I overcame fear and took the risks I felt intuitively led to take was me loving myself the deepest and breaking through barriers in my career. Risk is scary but incredibly worthwhile if you want to break the mold and change the world within the work. If we stay tied to playing it safe, we stay stagnant.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
Hi!!! My name is Jazmin Kylene and I own Lali La Luna TV, which is a digital space for community, conversation, and healing. From our conversation parties, to our interviews, to our group healing workshops, Lali La Luna TV is a platform for us to connect, express, and feel seen in a conscious manner. As a journalist and spiritual counselor, I lead workshops and offer one-on-one healing sessions to gift the opportunity for anyone seeking healing, connection, and self-empowerment on a personal or communal level. This obviously isn’t your average career trajectory so the most difficult part of my journey was believing in the fact that people would even WANT this kind of space, but time has proven that they do! We all want to be a better version of ourselves, and my job is simply to help facilitate that and connect us back to our humanity. I got to where I am today by trusting in my gifts and divine guidance. I’m incredibly grateful.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
I live in downtown Boca Raton, and there’s so much to do. I’d probably take them for a walk in Spanish River Park, where you can equally enjoy the foliage and the ocean. We’d get some INSANELY delicious vegan donuts at Parlour Bakery, a hot yoga class at the mind-blowingly beautiful studio Anuttara Yoga, a reiki/meditation session at my personal favorite studio Dancing Lion, and reward ourselves with with some well-deserved retail therapy at Town Center Mall, haha.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
Yes, there’s so many! Grand scale, large scale, ones that I have yet to meet and others in my own family. My mom has always been a guiding light and has rooted me in the belief that love and kindness should always lead. Alicia Keys and Oprah have also both inspired me deeply to believe in myself before believing in anyone else. I’ve also found deep mentorship in the leaders behind Jessbeinspired, The Crow Tarot, Oak Astrology, Madrid No Frills, WellWorldTV, and others that have perfected their craft and given me the gift of learning in a front row seat.
