Hi Jenny, is there something that you feel is most responsible for your success?

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
Our Business La Gocha better known as “Arepas La Gocha” is a Healthy Arepas company. We have a variety of Arepas that adapt to the different eating styles (ketogenic, paleo, Mediterranean and vegan) What sets us apart from others is that our arepas are made with real ingredients, without processed flours, we do not use corn or anything GMO.

What makes me most proud and excited is the call from customers happy to find us (in the market it is very difficult to get really healthy arepas)
It has not been easy to get to where we have arrived, it has been a lot of sacrifice, perseverance and passion.

We spent hard days not knowing whether to continue, but an internal voice always came to us that told us: “Keep going, guys, you’re doing well” Really, despite the highs and lows, we are focused on continuing without looking to the left or to the right. .

We love to please the palates of people who long to eat a good arepa that is really healthy. In fact, children love our arepas!! And that makes our hearts happy.

The lessons I have learned are not to lose focus, to be constant, to persevere and above all with a lot of faith, because for me FAITH in God moves mountains. Something super important is teamwork.

We are a family business made up of my husband and my parents. They are a fundamental part of the success and excellence of our business.

I want the world to know that I am a fighter from Venezuela, that together with her Chilean husband we wanted to innovate the arepa and turn it into a Healthy Arepa that adapts to any diet or to people who have an autoimmune protocol, food sensitivities, among others.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
I love Naples Florida so that would be a place I would take my friends.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
First of all to God, without him I would not be where I am today. I give him everything. Also to my husband, my children are my engine of life. My parents are a total inspiration to me.
