We had the good fortune of connecting with Kasia Bosne and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Kasia, can you walk us through the thought-process of starting your business?
HOW WE BEGAN My name is Kasia Bosne. I am a founder and CEO of Rawmanticchocolate women owned
business based in New York and Florida.
Rawmantichocolate was born from my own personal journey, while learning health, and nutrition. I come from a family of entrepreneurs so it was natural for me to explore better ways to find healthy snacking on the go every day!
I spent over 2 decades working closely with women from all over the world in a fashion industry. I was inspired and very dedicated to create the healthiest innovative snack bar that would taste delicious, and be made with very simple few ingredients that are nutrient dense. At the time I thought I had the very best job in the world as I was shopping every day. Today my job is so much better, because I can eat chocolate every day.
For the first 2 years I had my hands full organizing fashion trunk shows nationwide during which I was always serving Rawmanticchocolate treats. It was a perfect environment to introduce the snacks, and test the recipe. During one of those shows I realized I have been selling significantly more chocolates than fashion items. I knew I was into something. I decided to take a leap of faith and exit the fashion world for good and focus full time on building Rawmanticchocolate.
Today we handcraft fresh daily plant based energy healthy bars enrobed into variety of organic raw vegan chocolates without any additives.
I spent few years perfecting the recipe and tasting it on my customers, family and friends. Each bar is designed to give you a proper nutrition to get you through a busy day with a very short list of clean ingredients.
Most of us have interest in products and lifestyle that supports overall health, and maintenance of wellness. A lot of us still work out of home and now it’s a perfect time to boost the need to eat healthy. You can indulge any time with Rawmantic bars guilt-free. Energy bars are common household item. They are every day treat. You can eat them as a meal replacement, energy boost, pre or post workout, dessert, or a snack between your meals.
Our focus and main priority is a quality of the product. We do not use any preservatives, no refined sugars, no emulsifiers and no nasty other stuff that doesn’t serve you.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
What sets us apart is creating innovative artisanal quality products with a clean short list of ingredients. It was a long self-learning process that tested me in every way. Because I come from entrepreneur family I had an opportunity from an early age to learn how to be persistent, work hard, follow your dreams and face new challenges. I love helping people and finding a way to serve them. I knocked on every door, and never took no for an answer, or anything for granted. The importance of small steps taken one at the time, each decision good or bad always lead me to the right path of moving forward. Its essential to set realistic goals, be patient, build a great team but foremost always to have a good time while doing it.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
I live between NY & FL where I can keep a perfect balance of both. NY has so much to offer from a great Broadway Show to Personal development events which are my favorite. Great coffee also is a must with some delicious chocolates!

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
I wanted to dedicate my success to my father who always taught me to create your dream with precision, purpose and out of love. But foremost how to be patient.
