Hi Kathia, what do you attribute your success to?
The most important factor behind the success of my brand as a South Florida Realtor is my hustle and tenacity. Being a stand out realtor in this market requires great work ethic, honesty, integrity, authenticity, attention to details, and an engaging personality. I try to always put myself in my client’s shoes so that I can deliver empathy , compassion nd understanding during every transaction from start to finish and beyond the closing day when AI hand over keys t o their new home. My network of professionals (mortgage loan officers, appraisers, home inspectors, title/escrow agents and attorneys) also contribute to the success of my brand. we work together as a TEAM to bring a seamless and worry-free experience to the home buying and selling process. Also, staying up-to-date on the latest topics in real estate and in the local market allows me to service clients more effectively.

Whether advocating and negotiating for the buyer or the seller, as your certified Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA), I use current market facts as a strong negotiating tool and embrace the use of the latest in technology to streamline transactions, manage communications, and market all of my listings worldwide. As a French and Creole speaking long-time resident of South Florida, I know the neighborhoods, schools, market conditions, zoning regulations and local economy. With a background in architecture, construction and interior design, I can also offer a unique perspective when you are searching for that property that will feel like home. In my leisure time I try to spend time enjoying life and making lasting memories with my loving husband, two amazing adult children, my family and my close friends.
