We had the good fortune of connecting with Kendra Moorer and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Kendra, what inspires you?
I am truly inspired by those that have the relentless drive to do what God has called them to do regardless if they lack resources or lack support. The tenacity to wake up and intentionally move in where God has ordained is the best thing to witness and it allows you to self examine yourself to make sure you are walking in purpose. I’m grateful to have friends , family and a community that inspires me to not be average in what God has called me to do.

Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
Ever since I was a little girl, I knew I was called to preach the Gospel. Growing up as a pastors kid in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, I was often the youngest voice in the room giving sermons, but the passion and conviction were always there. While I ran from that call for a while—trying to do things my way—God never let up. In 2023, I re-surrendered my life to Jesus, and everything shifted. I accepted the call on my life fully and began using my voice and creativity to share the Gospel through platforms like YouTube, podcasting, and community-building.

Today, I am an ordained minister, a growing content creator, and the founder of Stuck With Purpose—a co-ed, faith-based community committed to moving in purpose with intention and submission to God’s will. I also host the Fill The Cup Podcast and will soon be launching a rebranded show titled Knowledge With Measure (a nod to my initials, KWM), along with a new faith-based growth life coaching business designed to help others break through fear and grow in every area of life.

The journey hasn’t been easy. I’ve worked over a decade in corporate sales, and in 2024, God gave me the courage to walk away from a toxic work environment to pursue ministry and content creation full-time. That decision came with challenges—but also with freedom, clarity, and peace. One of the biggest lessons I’ve learned is that obedience always leads to overflow. When I finally submitted every gift and talent to God, He used them to create real impact.

My brand, MoorerMotivation, is about showing up with unapologetic faith and transparent energy. I want people to know that living for Jesus isn’t boring or limiting—it’s powerful, transformative, and deeply freeing. Through my weekly YouTube videos, podcasts, coaching, and public speaking, my mission is simple: to help others believe in the value they carry and walk boldly in their God-given purpose.

If there’s one thing I want the world to know, it’s this: You don’t have to be fearless to start—you just have to be willing to do it scared. Purpose isn’t found in comfort, it’s found in obedience.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
Well I would definitely take them to the beach to catch the sunrise during the week, we would have to catch so many breakfast spots in Fort Lauderdale like Crack’d, Foxy Brown, Java & Jam, Doc B’s, Smith & Webster and so many more.

For lunch and dinner spots we have to go to Summerwood Cafe which has amazing sushi , Tap 42, Roccos Tacos, Burton G’s, Moxies, Eddie V’s,Mastros Ocean Club and more

We definitely would go to local parks and beach parks, museums in Miami,Crunch Fitness gym, painting with a twist, Candle Land spot to make candles and my favorite place which is my home church, The Faith Center in Sunrise, Fl

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
I want to give a special shoutout to the best loving parents that have supported my anointing and consistently pray over me. My parents and family have truly given me so much love and support, I’m eternally blessed.

I want to also shoutout my amazing church family at The Faith Center in Sunrise,Fl and powerful leaders, Bishop Henry Fernandez and Pastor Carol and my senior pastors, Joel & Latasha Tudman. I’ve been going to my church for over 22 years and I’ve grown so much as a believer and I have been able to feel safe enough to exercise the gifts God has given me because of the countless opportunities my church has provided me.

I want to thank my amazing tribe of close friends who have never left my side and allowed me to truly be myself, Brianna Butler, Aisha Bute, Naji Nychelle, Enise Dalisma and so many more brothers and sisters in Christ.

I’m thankful for my life group community, “Stuck With Purpose.” It’s been my honor and pleasure to lead this community and learn from brothers and sisters who are so kind , supportive and also just are hungry for Jesus.

And above all Jesus Christ gets all the glory honor and praise for allowing me to be alive to live for him. Any good thing that comes from me is because of who Jesus is, I take no credit, I’m just his vessel.
