We had the good fortune of connecting with Kim Paucek Haley and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Kim Paucek, looking back, what do you think was the most difficult decision you’ve had to make?
To have to make the decision on how and when to tell my family that i was diagnosed with Breast Cancer?

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
I am a proud breast cancer survivor who won the “BC” lotto and the end result was my new mission to make a difference by the creation of Medebra. I have been blessed to have met and worked with so many instrumental people who helped me take my vision and turn it into reality. I am extremely proud to be able to provide superior post surgical bras and vests for men at the time of need to ensure they are being taking care of during their recovery process. I have been there and done that and that is why i took so much pride in the design and what needs to be included for a patient after surgery. I got to where i am today by lots of hard work, my passion to help the sick and lets not forget some divine intervention as well. I overcame a lot of challenges, but none was more difficult than to overcome breast cancer, make a change in my nutrition and include exercise in my daily tasks. I would like to let everyone know that you too can leave your mark the way i believe i am leaving my mark by taking action in something that you truly believe in and follow through no mater how many no’s you hear or how silly your idea may be. I never in a million years would have thought i would be able to create my line of Medebra products, including My Patent for a Mastectomy Kit (US 8,696,403) with Reimbursement capabilities, and work with so many talented individuals as well as wonderful hospital groups all through the United States of America. Please join in with my mission and take a look at www.Medebra.com for more information and give a call if i can assist you with anything. Thank You for your time and Stay Blessed.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
Due to the Covid 19 Virus epidemic we are all under i have not been able to socialize as much as i would like to. I live near the beach so i do enjoy a morning walk after my coffee with my little dog and after that get ready for another day to make a difference with Medebra and our Customers. Once its safe, i would like to get some fresh air and take advantage of some traveling with friends or family. looking forward to seeing the leaves change color this October in the Smokey Mountains, NC.
