Hi Kinta & Chakiena, is there something that you feel is most responsible for your success?
We are travel advisors who actually travel.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?

The Palmer’s are known for traveling. It’s like an adrenaline rush. We travel several times a year whether it be domestic or international. We enjoy the simplicity of it all, learning new things and meeting new people all the time. While traveling we have been rewarded the opportunity to make many connections. The logistics of it is what made us want to take others along with us on our journey. Our supporters keep us motivated. They deserve the Palmer Travel Experience.

Getting started was came with ease, because we were already our own travel advisors. We’ve had a few bumps along the road, but those obstacles only enforced our persistence. Some people consider obstacles to be threatening and reason to turn around. Thinking about the obstacles is a waste of time. We reflect on mistakes and change directions for the next time.

We’ve learned a lot, but there are a few things we’re reminded of every day. Great customer service is a must because our client referrals are how we stay afloat. Without them there would be no Palmer Travel Experience. We’ve learned not to spend so much time overthinking. Instead, take necessary action and keep it moving.

Our goal is to please our clients by saving time and money while providing the best value for your vacations and getaways.
