We had the good fortune of connecting with Kolade Dominate and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Kolade, every day, we about how much execution matters, but we think ideas matter as well. How did you come up with the idea for your business?
My love for music, the music business, it’s marketing and the entertainment space has been the major inspiration behind my business. With my experience as a lover of the entertainment industry even before I got in, I started paying attention to the needs of entertainment personalities and the as well as vacuum left by inadequate service providers in the space.

I understood that those roles would continue to be left until someone fills those shoes. We have created an atmosphere filled with PR ideas and entertainment solutions to propel the next big thing in Africa has to offer the world, bridge the gap between the western world and Africa.

Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
I am a goal getter, highly passionate about the things that matter to me which includes, the music, family and growth. I started pretty early after high school with the determination of doing something that brought joy to my heart. For everyone who wonders where my zeal to be better came from, it’s as a result of past experiences, realistic opinions and divine guidance and intervention.

It’s been very difficult combining working on the radio alongside public relations and talent management, the demands are totally different as well as the execution for each task is highly unique and peculiar.

I have learnt that it is important to know how to balance both and meet my targets, demands and be the best version of myself.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
I am not much of an out going person, any time I have for leisure, I spend it resting, but for exceptions, I would go to the cinema, park or go do some karaoke or spend time at the spa for a massage.
