We had the good fortune of connecting with Kristen Mikayla and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Kristen, what was your thought process behind starting your own business?
It was kind of nerve wracking at first but I had to remember the purpose and vision God has laid out for me and go completely off faith and remember my why I started to pursue entrepreneurship in the first place.

Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
I want readers to know that I am an all around creative. I am a dancer before both of my businesses that I have and I love all the different avenues I’m pursuing wholeheartedly. I feel like if it wasn’t for dance I wouldn’t be here at all

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
Hmmm, I’m a coffee lover so probably different coffee shops.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
I would shoutout my good dance friend @alexaexoxo on Instagram. We have similar goals in life and she’s killing it right now.
