Hi Kssava, can you walk us through the thought-process of starting your business?
Our principal idea was to share with our neighbors and friend, the a sizing and incredible taste, with all the benefits, of our natural and delicious cassava arepas.

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
We started with the idea to share are our unique recipe, of these amazing and revolutionaries hand made, no comment processed, non GMO, vegan and gluten free arepas, for all te people who love to eat delicious and healthy. We start a little trial at home, and ok a few we makes the word was spread an many people start ordering Kssava.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
Miami is full of interesting things to do. But the gastronomy is the best in town. Mandolin Aegean Bistro is a must in the city, also de huge plates from our friends at Bocas House.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
