We had the good fortune of connecting with Lori Joseph and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Lori, what is the most important factor behind your success?
The most important factor behind my success is going above and beyond with my services to my clients. Being in the client shoes due to having surgery myself. I can guide the to the right path of a fast recovery. I will give them examples of the pros and cons of not taking care of yourself after surgery.When the client follows my tips and advice. And they start to see improvements. They spread the word on my work. Either on a surgery group chat or if they know some that is having surgery they refer me.

What should our readers know about your business?
I’m the CEO of Renew and Relax Lymphatic Massage. When my clients book with me it is a one stop shop. We are mobile company so we go to our clients. Our clients can get their stage 1 and stage 2 fajas from us. I just don’t do the massage I also provide wood therapy, red light therapy, tape method and cavitation. It was not easy but you have to keep at it and it will get better at it. Keep learning and studying your work craft to get better at it. Since I did the surgery before I want to educate my clients so they can have the best results.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
If my best friend was visiting for the week. We will go to South beach for the food and drinks. Some spots would be Garden House, Havana 1957, The Bazaar. In Midtown area to look at the art works and foods. Wynwood Walls, Wynwood Art Walks. The restaurants Doya, Bakan, and GoBistro.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
I want to thank my amazing family for supporting my dreams!!  Of becoming an lymphatic massage therapist helping people after surgery. Without their support I will do be able to do this amazing job.
