We had the good fortune of connecting with Lucas Rychlicki and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Lucas, can you walk us through the thought-process of starting your business?
You know what ,it all came to me, I always dreamed of having more than one business and always being independent being a kid where it always was like that. I don’t know if you know but I’m an individualist and I like to work for myself where I get satisfaction from it, my ideas, my decisions thats it, my live.

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
I mentioned this to you once in one of my articles. Lucas McG is developing further, big changes are planned and many new ideas will be implemented. I won’t talk about the plans, the projects we’re working on because it’s a secret secret. I’m sure people will find out about it. We want to show people in Canada, USA and World a better life that it can be done!

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
I would definitely take it to the Canadian Rocky Mountains and see the Moraine lake in Banff National Park. These places are magical, quiet and surprising views of the wonder of nature. Everyone should see this place. We would definitely go by vehicle where you can admire our Canadian nature while traveling. It would be a trip for a few days, these are the mountains so we would take the most comfortable shoes, clothes, backpacks and off we go for adventure.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
Person? groups? organization? book? Of course they are! There are people in Miami who inspire me a lot and I love watching what they do for people and for the world. It is a married couple who are the owners of SHOMA GROUP real estate. On the instagram profile they show their life, they live love, passion and work every day. Stephanie Shojaee and Mr Masoud Shojaee they passionate and motivate me about how they live and what they want to convey to people. I love their attitude, class and humor, look and they also love fashion. Some time ago SHOMA GROUP opened SHOMA BAZAAR where the location is in Miami, it was a great ideato open, I love it. I am a chef by profession, where I graduated from a professional gastronomy school. SHOMA BAZAAR is a place where everyone will find something for themselves and soon I will definitely be in Miami and visit SHOMA BAZAAR and most of all I would like to meet a beautiful couple and the owners of SHOMA GROUP, who set a great example. I really recommend people to see them on instagram.
