We had the good fortune of connecting with Lyn Gardena and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Lyn, maybe we can start at the very start – the idea – how did you come up with the idea for your business?
I had just experienced a period of deep dissatisfaction in life, and I began to ponder for answers until I discovered deeper insights on what I truly wanted from life after realizing I was living a lie. Soon after having deep realizations, I encountered a supernatural experience the day of creating my business. It was a wakeup call from my soul, and I felt a special urge to answer a call. That call was my purpose. The vision became clear in my mind, and I created the business into reality right then and there.
Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
Rainbow in A Storm™️ is a Ministry based business that serves humanity through art. Our art-based membership shares cautionary tales, divine messages, and life lessons to help support and aid the mental, emotional, and spiritual wellbeing of humanity in need of more affordable and accessible access to alternative care that will sustain them internally so that they are able to healthily function within society and our environment despite of its challenges. Our membership site serves families, communities, and individuals regardless of gender, sexual orientation, religion, creed, or race. We are also an inclusion advocate, so we value all disabled persons in our society as well. Content such as therapeutic art exercises, access to life coaching that addresses multiple life challenges and how to overcome them, as well as inspirational artistic content that uplifts a member’s mood are all examples of the type of content created for humanity. As a person with talent in the performing arts, I use my talents to inspire and entertain through creating exclusive content for humanity through our membership service. Lastly, Rainbow in A Storm™️ values our environment and offers sustainability facilitation and consulting. Our Social Enterprise has private B2B services like sustainable landscape design and botanical gardening that help sustain our environment and contribute to the wellbeing of our planet. Public speaking and truth telling through storytelling is how I also positively impact the world through fulfilling my mission.
Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
I would of course take them to enjoy the botanical gardens as I love our environment and the beauty in it and others can’t help but to enjoy the breathtaking beauty nature has to offer. Next, we would eat at brunch spots on the water and explore mom and pop shops in the city as they are newer and offer some great authentic cuisine. Lasty, I would take them to the beach. Water is so healing and soothing. To give ourselves a chance to rest prior to them heading back home it would be a great way to depart.
The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
God deserves the ultimate recognition when it comes to my story as God (Universe) & I created a ministry-based business that is universal and allows for me to use all my gifts for the betterment of humanity and our environment.
