Meet Macy Broyles | Lifestyle Creator

We had the good fortune of connecting with Macy Broyles and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Macy, how has your work-life balance changed over time?
My balance has most definitely changed over time. I’m far more protective of my time and energy now than I was years ago. I love what I do, so working comes naturally, but I’ve learned to equally prioritize rest, health, and the relationships that keep me grounded. I’ve realized that when I take care of myself, my work is more creative, focused, and consistent.

Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
My work sits at the intersection of wellness, lifestyle, and storytelling. What has set me apart is realizing my audience values authenticity, so I share what I’m actually living day to day through the routines, places, and products that I love. I’ve built my brand by being consistent, honest, and intentional, rather than chasing trends or quick viral moments. Getting here wasn’t easy or linear, and I wouldn’t even say I’m “here” yet. I’m still building, still learning, and genuinely excited to continue growing and evolving with my audience. The biggest lesson I’ve learned is that consistency beats perfection, and authenticity always wins long-term. You don’t have to be everything to everyone and the right people find you when you stay true to who you are. This New Year feels like a fresh start, and I’m excited to launch 75 Hotter, a challenge my audience and I are doing together to build consistency and healthier routines in our everyday life!

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
If my best friends were coming into town, I’d take them to Bal Harbour for a quiet-luxury, wellness-focused weekend. We’d stay at Grand Beach Hotel Surfside, right on the beach, so we could start our days with sunrise walks and soak up the sun the rest of the day. My two favorite brunch spots in the area are Atlantikós, sitting on the terrace with the ocean in front of you, and Coffee Break Enjoy, which is a nice walk through town and perfect for a more casual morning. To keep things easy and relaxed for lunch, we’d order Joe & The Juice straight to the beach with piña coladas from the hotel. For a Pilates class, I can’t recommend The Method Pilates with Juan in Miami Beach enough! It might truly be the best 50 minutes of the entire weekend. After getting cleaned up for dinner and watching the sunset over the ocean while getting ready, we’d head to Bal Harbour Shops for dinner at Makoto. It’s personally my favorite restaurant in Miami, and I’d definitely recommend making a reservation ahead of time. To end the night, we’d do a little window shopping at the mall and walk back to the hotel for a nightcap.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
My shoutout is to my social media community. They show up for me every day by watching, commenting, sharing, encouraging, and supporting me in ways they probably don’t even realize. I would not be where I am today without them. I’m endlessly grateful for the platform they have given me!
