We had the good fortune of connecting with Marce Holística and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Marce, we’d love to hear more about how you thought about starting your own business?
The decision to start my own business as a life designer and productivity coach was born out of a deeply personal journey of transformation. Having come from an architecture background where I had experienced the toll of working long hours and neglecting my well-being, I realized the need to redefine success and fulfillment. My own struggles with disorganization, procrastination, and burnout led me to embark on a mission to help women navigate these challenges and design lives that truly aligned with their aspirations.

Drawing upon my architectural expertise in planning spaces, I channeled that same strategic mindset into planning lives. I recognized that women were often trapped in the belief that overexertion and constant hustle were the only pathways to realizing their dreams. Yet, I had discovered a different path – one that involved doing less but with more focus and intention. I became an advocate for the power of mindful time management and aligning with personal passions.

My prior experience of successfully transforming my own life became the cornerstone of my coaching approach. Through a carefully crafted master plan and a blend of techniques from architecture and life coaching, I managed to gain over 600k followers, launch a cookbook, establish my online coaching business, and ultimately leave my 9-5 job. This success wasn’t simply about working harder; it was about working smarter and in harmony with my true desires.

Seeing the unhappiness prevalent in the corporate world and understanding the importance of prioritizing health and well-being, I knew I wanted to offer an alternative path to success. My own health struggles had fueled my determination to prioritize self-care and wellness. It became the driving force behind my decision to become an entrepreneur and guide others toward holistic success.

The thought process behind my business was rooted in my personal transformation and the realization that a balanced approach to productivity, aligned with one’s passions, can lead to profound achievements. I developed routines and practices that cultivated motivation, including supplements, exercise, journaling, meditation, and preparing nourishing meals. By aligning with the version of myself that had already achieved what I aspired to, I manifested a reality where I not only achieved my dreams but also helped other women unlock their potential and live purposefully.

Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
My career as a life designer and productivity coach is like conducting a symphony of success amidst the chaos. What sets me apart? I’ve conquered burnout and tamed procrastination – I’ve been in the ring and know the struggle personally.

I’m proud to say I’ve not only talked the talk but walked the walk. I’ve transitioned from architect to time maestro, remixing my life with space-planning skills and the art of effective living.

The journey here was like a rollercoaster with a jazz soundtrack. Launching products that met the ‘fail’ anthem taught me vital lessons. Turns out, success isn’t just about hustling harder. It’s about crafting a plan that dances with my multipassionate spirit and leads me orderly towards my desires.

Lesson one: Hustle smarter, not just harder. Lesson two: Success doesn’t need stress. Lesson three: Failing forward isn’t just a catchphrase, it’s a strategy.

My brand isn’t just about calendars; it’s about conducting symphonies of success. I’ve embraced failure’s rhythm and transformed it into a roadmap for understanding the complex dance of a multipassionate woman. Through my journey, I’m here to remind everyone that in the whirlwind of life, a little harmony can be found by designing a life that lets you dance to your passions

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
Miami’s my playground, and trust me, it’s got more than just neon lights and dance floors. I’m all about showcasing the vibrant, uncharted side of this city.

Morning kickoff? You bet – Mimi Yoga in Wynwood for a steamy hot yoga session. It’s like a dance party for your soul, complete with all those good yoga vibes. And breakfast? Say hello to Zak the Baker. Order the Challah French Toasts and you’ll start believing breakfast can cure anything.

Now, work time with a view! Guess where? Yup, the beach. Don’t judge, the sound of waves is like a productivity booster. My personal cubicle? Any beach club. Soho House is my go-to, and their signature drink, ‘Picante de la Casa,’ packs a punch that’s basically a Miami handshake.

Lunch is all about Sweetgreen. Because, come on, health should taste this good. Grab your grub and turn South Point Park into your picnic paradise. It’s like a mini-vacay in the middle of the day.

Now, evening options. If I’m feeling fancy and craving a deal, it’s Kaori in Brickell for $1 oysters during happy hour. A dollar for happiness? Count me in! And if the mood’s more ‘chill and artsy,’ Perez Art Museum’s back area has front-row seats to nature’s masterpiece – the sunset.

Got dance fever? Who doesn’t! Time to hit Medium Cool at the beach. Spoiler: it’s cooler than cool. Dance like nobody’s watching – or like everyone’s watching, Miami doesn’t judge.

And for the grand finale, Biscaya Gardens Farmers Market on Sundays. It’s like a treasure hunt for local goodies. This itinerary’s a bit of everything: zen mornings, breezy beaches, art, dance, and the taste of Miami’s freshest flavors. Welcome to my Miami.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
You’ve likely heard the saying that you’re the average of the five people closest to you. This idea reshaped my journey when I realized that my aspirations for a fulfilling, successful, yet balanced life were quite different from those around me. Seeking guidance, I turned to mentors who I felt a deep connection with, even if we hadn’t met in person. These are the ‘closest friends’ who deserve a shoutout:

Joe Dispenza: His insights into the power of the mind transformed my perspective on personal change.
Tony Robbins: Tony’s commitment to growth and excellence inspired me to tap into my potential.
Andrew Huberman: A neuroscientist who illuminated the connection between well-being and the brain.
Jim Kwik: Jim’s methods for accelerated learning revolutionized how I approach knowledge.
Dany Morel: Dany’s experience on female and masculine energy changed the game for me.

Their teachings motivated me to launch my podcast: Metamorfosis con Marce Holistica, allowing me to share wisdom and stories with others on a similar journey. To Joe, Tony, Andrew, Jim, and Dany—thank you for being my virtual mentors and guiding lights. Your influence has transformed my path toward a life of purpose, balance, and fulfillment.
