Hi Maria Gaviria, what is the most important factor behind your success?
The foundation of our success lies in our unwavering dedication to our core purpose: serving as a gateway and sanctuary where individuals can reconnect with their souls, however that may look for them. This guiding principle shapes every aspect of Flowlife, from the atmosphere we cultivate to the candles, energy sprays, sacred bath salts, rituals, crystals, and healing tools, we offer.

At its essence, Flowlife is more than just a space; it is a living, breathing embodiment of peace, introspection, and transformation. Whether you seek inspiration, healing or simply a moment of stillness, Flowlife is here to meet you wherever you are on your personal and spiritual journey.

The journey of opening Flowife in New York City was more than just a business venture it was a sacred calling, a testament to the power of faith, surrender, and divine alignment. Every step, from conception to creation of Flowlife back in 2014, was an act of courage, moving through fear and doubt with unwavering trust that this path was meant to be walked.

What sets us apart from other metaphysical stores is that Flowlife is not just a store; it is a sanctuary, a portal for transformation. It represents a bridge between the physical and the spiritual, a space where energy is not just acknowledged but intentionally cultivated. Our Warehouse of Light, where all of our products are created is more than a workspace, it is an altar, a realm where raw materials are infused with sacred intention, meditation, and love, transmuting them into vessels of healing. Each candle, spray, bath salt, and crystal combination carries a vibrational imprint of peace, renewal, and alignment. These aren’t just products; they are conduits of divine energy, tools designed to help individuals reconnect with their inner essence, clear stagnant energies, and awaken to their highest potential.

Flowife is a manifestation of faith in action a living, breathing embodiment of the belief that when we listen to our spiritual calling and move with intention, we create something far greater than ourselves.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
A day of deep restoration begins with a peaceful walk through the tree-lined paths, butterfly garden, and meditation corner of Hugh Taylor Birch State Park, an oasis of nature and healing near Fort Lauderdale Beach.

Next, a stop at our favorite brunch spot in downtown Fort Lauderdale, Cafe Bastille, a charming hidden gem with French-inspired flair, nestled along the waterfront. This delightful bistro exudes Parisian elegance while embracing the relaxed, sun-soaked ambiance of South Florida.

Cafe Bastille offers a decadent selection of classic French dishes and innovative brunch favorites. From buttery, flaky croissants and rich, velvety eggs Benedict to delicate crapes, each dish is crafted with impeccable attention to detail. Whether you’re savoring a perfectly brewed cafe au lait or indulging in a crisp glass of champagne, every moment here feels like a culinary escape to France.

Tucked away from the hustle and bustle, this waterfront retreat provides a serene and intimate setting, making it the ideal spot to linger over a leisurely meal. It’s a place where flavors delight, conversation flows, and time slows, an experience that keeps us coming back again and again.

We would next take a drive down south to the Brickell area of Miami and make a stop at St. Jude, a peaceful oasis in the heart of the city. Its a powerful place for reflection, prayer and reconnecting with gratitude. We called it the miracle making church.

If strolling and shopping is in order, the Brickell City Centre would be a great upscale experience to share.

We couldn’t be in Miami without visiting The River Oyster Bar. The River Oyster Bar is a Miami gem, offering one of the best raw seafood experiences in town. Nestled in the heart of Brickell, this iconic spot blends a lively yet sophisticated atmosphere, Known for its impeccably fresh oysters, the menu also features an array of seafood-forward dishes like ceviche and tuna tartare, and alongside standout vegetarian options and elevated comfort bites, something for everyone. We love it because its a great spot to bring visitors yet it’s a local favorite spot to soak in Miami’s culinary scene.

Heading back north, the evening would close with meditation at the Self-Realization Fellowship meditation group temple. The evening service fosters inner peace, connection, and spiritual renewal.
