We had the good fortune of connecting with Melissa Faith Ramirez and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Melissa Faith, what is the most important factor behind your success?
Doing the inner work of spiritual enlightenment and evolutionary development – unconscious pattern recognition, trauma healing, mindset shifting, awakening and BEing on purpose.
Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
What sets me apart from others is that I am walking and talking my journey of healing and leveling up in my true, authentic self.
How I got to where I am today was through a spontaneous awakening that I had felt brewing since I was a child. But through societal programming with the root of sexual and trauma (recovering catholic, victimized feminine) I was not able to identify it until I actively surrendered to doing my inner work.
No, it was not easy at all. But doing the work has allowed me to heal and see that the good, the bad and the ugly all had it’s deeper purpose – for me to find my purpose and do what i am meant to do on this planet especially in these tumultuous times of deep change we are all experiencing.
I’ve learned so many lessons along the way but the overarching one was how to Trust my Dopeness.
What I want the world to know about my story and branding is that we are all DOPE but through our conditioning and I healed trauma we have forgotten how powerful we really are.
So, the process of being human is to REMEMBER our power by healing and therefore leveling up.
We learn to walk your walk by doing the inner work so we can talk our talk.
Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
With my friend visiting Oahu, Hawaii I would first take them to nature (ocean, forest) to connect with the energy of the island. As a medicine woman and spiritual coach, my priority is to hold space for folks to connect to their own power within.
Exciting places to go to would be surfing in the ocean, eating local foods, immersing them with the locals and Hawaiian culture – promote cultural tourism.
We would also visit the volcano to feel and connect with the fierce power of fire and destruction to dance and play.
