Hi Nahuel, is there something that you feel is most responsible for your success?
Consistency. Our strongest asset is consistency, We follow the process each step of the way, every time, to ensure the experience we worked so hard to create and display meets the promised standard and is enjoyed for every person that comes thru our door, no exceptions, we keep our agreements, we never let a good mistake go to waste, we always use them to learn and to keep moving forward despite the setbacks. Our biggest achievement, thanks to this consistency, is that what you experience from afar on our social media or what you read about us in all the amazing reviews we have online is finally actualized with the same level of quality once you decide to come to us for your body art.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
Iris Tattoo closes the gap between Artist and Client, we are known for not only delivering some of the finest tattoo art but also for providing such art with an unforgettable experience in which we pay attention to every detail of the process. It is said that we are the best place to get your first tattoo but we are also the place to go for those who know exactly what they want and have experience with prior body art. We believe that every person that comes to us is putting a lot of trust in our hands and that we should treat every single tattoo we make as a very special one. We never forget that although it may be “another day at the office” for us, we are a landmark in people’s lives and we have committed, accordingly, to assure the best possible experience. We have been fortunate enough to have a pretty smooth ride with Iris Tattoo. The second location was a learning experience but overall the biggest struggles have always been finding the people with the quality and craftsmanship but also with the heart and empathy to make a real connection with each and every client. We had to deal with people that tried to take advantage of our good intentions but we are thankful for the growth & lessons that those experiences taught us. If anything, being able to see the true colors of the amazing team we have in rough times makes almost any struggle a blessing in disguise. It made our team into a family, one as solid as a rock.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
I am not an outgoing person, the city for me is not about the things that they may be for most people! I usually wander around restaurants such as Pura Vida, Michaels and Suviche. I also love breakfast at Enriqueta’s. For Leisure I think a walk around Wynwood and it’s shops, Murals, bars etc, is unbeatable.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
My own and extended family, My wife Sabina and my Son Rocco they are not only my direct family, but they are also my partners in business and life, which are two things that most times have blurred limits. My Partner Kenneth Springer who brings balance and has made me feel from day one that he has my back no matter what. Also, I know it sounds cheesy, but it is the truth that the biggest shoutout is to our team, I like to tell everyone that Iris Tattoo has a massive positive impact on the lives of the people that work here, but in reality, it is their lives that have a massive positive impact in the way we run our business; they push us and each other to thrive with sincerity and love. I guess that is something not many businesses can say.
