We had the good fortune of connecting with Naomi Ayala and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Naomi, is there something that you feel is most responsible for your success?
In my years of practice, I recognized the importance of building relationships and centering services around the client experience from beginning to end. After nearly 7 years serving as an attorney at a major and then boutique law firm, I saw the immense opportunity to provide a one-stop-shop company to service clients’ real estate needs.

At DMT Transact, a full-service title insurance and escrow agency based in South Florida, we focus on residential and commercial real estate transactions and are committed to providing end-to-end services for our clients. We are equipped to represent the legal needs of buyers, sellers, and lenders.

Our goal is to improve the homebuying journey by offering accessible resources and executing a seamless closing process centered on the client experience.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
A career is a constantly evolving story. I’ve practiced in major law firms where I learned the importance of client communication before transitioning into boutique service where I mastered the art of client relations and management. What I knew was missing was a cutting-edge, technology-focused experience for clients, and an opportunity to guide them through their real estate needs in an efficient and simple way. Buying a property, whether your first or eighth, is a special experience, and clients need a full-service one-stop-shop to be there for them from beginning to end.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
I love that Miami offers a diverse culture, dining scene, and entertainment, and there is something for everyone to enjoy. Most weekends you can find me and my husband at the Legion’s Park Farmer’s Market, followed by breakfast at Wewe’s Bakery or fresh bagels from El Bagel. Some of my other go-to’s in the city include relaxing yoga sessions at SOL YOGA, acupuncture therapy by Jules Acupuncture, and dynamic workouts at Anatomy.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
My co-founder Alyssa Soto Brody helped me understand the significant opportunity in real estate to marry digital tools and technology to help enhance the overall customer journey. She started a real estate sales and marketing agency, Development Marketing Team (DMT), founded on that exact principle, which has been greatly successful. Together, we identified the pain point of the closing process, which led us to launch DMT Transact.

I also find inspiration in those that have come before me, including my dad who served for over thirty years in our military. I learned perseverance, dedication, and sacrifice from him. I’m dedicated to giving back – I believe we constantly need to pay it forward. For those reasons I’m very involved with The IDDeal Foundation, a local non-profit where we serve the intellectually and developmentally disabled community.
