We had the good fortune of connecting with Natalia Rubiano and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Natalia, career-wise, where do you want to be in the end?
I would like for my company to continue existing after the end of my career. To me, doing something that I enjoy doing is not work, and so I want to continue working for a long time. I think it’s important to have patience and not expecting overnight results, and that if you have that understanding, in the end, you and the company will be successful – whether in this lifetime or another.

What should our readers know about your business?
Grozina is a marketing and public relations firm that works with a select number of U.S. and international clients. We have been in business for 6 years. The road is not easy, as many businesses can relate. We have overcome many challenges by not focusing on the challenges we are facing and instead helping other businesses face theirs. In the end, it has created a good result on both sides.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
Eat: A local Mexican spot, maybe a food truck. Drink: Definitely a spicy margarita.
Visit: Somewhere neither one of us has been, or walk around Coconut Grove.
Explore: Snorkeling.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
My son, and my parents, for their unconditional support.
