We had the good fortune of connecting with Nidia Gonzalez and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Nidia, can you walk us through the thought-process of starting your business?
When I started my agency in 2021, social media was still evolving—many businesses were hesitant to invest in it, unsure of its full potential. But I knew it was only a matter of time before it became essential. I’ve been passionate about creating since childhood, back in the days of Windows Movie Maker, constantly experimenting and making content for fun or for friends and family. Turning that passion into a business felt like the natural next step. Trusting my instincts and taking that leap has been one of the best decisions I’ve ever made.

Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
What sets me apart is my energy. I show up as every single client’s biggest fan, pouring into their projects with the same passion and dedication I’d want if I were investing in my own brand. I don’t do things halfway—when I commit to something, I go all in.

How did I get to where I am today? Consistency and a whole lot of faith. And no, it hasn’t been easy. It takes courage, mental strength, energy, and relentless self-belief to keep going and growing as a business owner. It takes patience—more than I ever thought I had. But the biggest lesson I’ve learned? Mindset is everything. What’s meant for me will find its way, but only if I’m adaptable enough to evolve with the journey.

And if there’s one thing I want the world to know, it’s this: when I say I’m going to do something, I do it. So mark my words—I’m going to make a mark in this industry.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
If my best friend were visiting Miami for a week, we’d strike the perfect balance between relaxing, exploring, and indulging in some of the best food the city has to offer.

First, we’d hit the beach—because no trip to Miami is complete without it. Whether it’s a laid-back day at Crandon Park or soaking up the energy of South Beach, the ocean would be a must. From there, we’d explore some of my favorite pockets of the city: Coconut Grove for its charm and tree-lined streets, Coral Gables for its classic beauty, and Wynwood for its art, culture, and buzzing atmosphere. A stop in Little Havana for a cafecito and live music would definitely be on the list, along with a nature escape to the Everglades or kayaking at Oleta River.

Food would play a huge role in the trip. Miami’s restaurant scene is insane, so we’d dive into everything from hidden gems to high-end dining. Casa Tua is one of my go-to spots, but we’d also make time for classic institutions like Joe’s Stone Crab, Mediterranean flavors at Mandolin, and a must-have lemonade stop at AC’s Icees. Cocktails with a view? That’s happening too—whether it’s at Sugar in Brickell, Level 6 in the Grove, or The Standard for a more relaxed vibe.

For some adventure, we’d take a sunset boat ride, bike around Key Biscayne, or even do an airboat tour in the Everglades. And of course, shopping in the Design District or Bal Harbour would be on the list, followed by a spa day to reset.

No matter what, the week would be full of good energy, amazing food, and the best Miami has to offer—just as it should be

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
From the very beginning, the only person who truly believed in me was me. My parents, like many traditional Hispanic parents, wanted me to be a Lawyer or Doctor and didn’t really understand what I was building or if it would ever amount to anything—until it did. I had to bet on myself, trust my vision, and keep pushing even when no one else could see what I saw. It wasn’t easy, but that blind faith in myself is what got me here. Today, I’m beyond grateful for the friends, colleagues, and my partner who now stand beside me, cheering me on, celebrating my wins, and reminding me just how far I’ve come.
