Hi Nikki, do you have a favorite quote or affirmation?
I am equipped and prepared for this blessed and beautiful life. This is my favorite affirmation from my book Create Your Own Magic which is 60 day interactive book of affirmations. This affiramation is a confirmation that “I got this! Everything that I need is inside of me to live the life I deserve and desire.” Often times we ask for so many things in life and the most important part in asking is being prepared to manage what we’re asking for.

Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
Nikki Bryan is the owner and Celebrity Baker at D’Delicious Delicacies an online bakery that specializes in your favorite dessert cakes with an island flair. At D’Delicious Delicacies we pride ourselves in producing and providing delicious cakes and exceptional customer service. In the near future we will be offering virtual baking classes, cake decorating classes and a new product line. That’s our brand. But as for me,Nikki, the driving force behind our brand: I am a celebrity baker, author, and business mindset coach. It took a while for me to truly understand my purpose in life, and while there may be 3 titles listed they are all to serve others. My purpose in life is to serve others by assisting them in manifesting the life they deserve and desire. My book of affirmations, Create Your Own Magic, assist them in affirming the life they desire by shifting their mindset. As a mindset coach, I am motivating them to create the space for their own passion and purpose to thrive. And my cakes from D’Delicious Delicacies are apart of their countless celebrations. My career is direct product of my beliefs. When I wanted for my online bakery D’Delicious Delicacies to grow in a different direction, I began writing and speaking very specific affirmations that included acquiring celebrity clientele and corporate accounts. I believe that you have not because you ask not, so I began to ask. I knew that I was already putting in the work behind the scenes to align my brand with what I was asking for, so it was only a matter of time before it came into fruition. As I mentioned before, being prepared is a major part of progression. That is something that I want for everyone to understand and live by: stay prepared so that you don’t have to get prepared.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
Hmm that’s a good question, there are so many great places in South Florida. Papi Steak is definitely on the list, the food is amazing and so are the drinks. There’s this small Latin seafood restaurant on Hollywood beach strip that I adore because the view is the ocean, unfortunately I can’t remember the name of it. Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
Whew! I have a lot of people to thank for their support, encouragement and etc. But at this moment I would like to recognize my friends Shanice Brown and Guirlande Cadet. Shanice will literally hype up any and everything that I’m doing. Guirlande is always down to help with the cause, graphics, photography, she’s there to assist. I definitely can’t go without recognizing my mentor Amanda Schonberg of Chef Schonberg Sweets in Baton Rouge, LA. She would literally be in my inbox or on my line like “Nikki what are you doing? Fix this or that! Or have you seen this? This would be great for you.” My business has grown tremendously because of her assistance and “pop up” Mentorship.
