We had the good fortune of connecting with Omer BarSadeh and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Omer, is there something that you feel is most responsible for your success?
The most important factor behind anyone’s success—mine included—is to Just. Keep. Going.   When you start a business, we often find ourselves struggling.   You have a basic plan of how you want it to go. Like sowing seeds, you look for the perfect soil and environment. You put the seeds into the ground, you water it, and make sure it gets sun. You give it a lot of love, attention, and care. But even though you have a plan, and you think you know how it will all work out, things might be slower than expected.  Often, the closest people in your life will try to ‘protect’ you by suggesting you should do something else, go for the ‘safe’ work that will give you security.  You become confused—and a little scared.  Money starts to run out, and you need to support yourself and your family.   You start having second thoughts.  My secret is – just keep going.  If you believe in what you do, you will make it. It might take a lot of time, more effort than you thought, and maybe more water and sunlight – but if you keep going, you’ll suddenly notice a sprout.  And then a leaf.  And then another.  And soon enough your business will flourish and become the outgrowth of all the love and dedication you put into it.  Just keep going and have confidence that it will work out.  Embrace the process.  Enjoy the lessons from the process and remember: The only ones who make it are the ones who never gave up.

Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
As a child, I used to watch lots of TV—hours and hours of it. There were movies, commercials, scripted shows, and game shows.  I was so drawn to the characters on the screen, and fell in love with the stories.  He and she, they and their families, and pets.  I really didn’t know what made it so great, but the messages fascinated me.  And then, when my dad brought a video camera home, I drew and created my first animation video about a worm that eats an apple.  It was so bad—terrible–  but the punch line was there.  Motivated by my family cheers, I then made it official and studied film and television at Hadassah College in Jerusalem, Israel.

Today, the driving force behind my career is to tell stories.  The videos my company creates for different businesses are story-based, and told person-to-person.    That is why they are so engaging, and why potential clients find the products and services we advertise so appealing.

I love what I do and so does my team. We’re really passionate about capturing the essence and creating a fun conversation around it.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
When it comes to fun times, I enjoy both nature and urban experiences. When friends or family come to visit me, I not only take them some of the coolest places in Miami, but I mix it with sharing some of my personal touchpoints.   For example, when I first moved from Los Angeles to Miami, I worked on the Faena project in Miami Beach at its early stages, so I know a lot about it. It’s a perfect place for me to take visitors to show the buildings designed by Pritzker Prize winning architects. While having a bite for lunch, dinner, or just a dessert in their unique restaurants, I also point out the artists who contributed their art to the buildings.  In addition to the cultural tour I give of Wynwood, Little Havana, IronSide, and other hidden gems, I always have visitors experience a day on one of the most amazing beaches I’ve ever seen in my life – the beaches of Miami Beach.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
I have a few people who have been a great inspiration in my life and career.   But the one thing that has changed my life and made me so fulfilled and successful is my spiritual path.   My journey started with watching the documentary film “The Secret”.  That led me to the original series of books “The Law of Attraction” and the belief that positive or negative thoughts bring about positive or negative experiences in one’s life.   Following the books’ suggestions, I started meditating daily, visualizing the life and success I wanted. Within a few short months, I was astounded, realizing my dreams becoming my reality. My business has turned into a huge success, and from small projects for local businesses we started getting Fortune 500 clients and huge international accounts; money started flowing in without me or my team making any effort to chase it; relationships became full of love, respect and appreciation. I couldn’t have done it without these amazing ideas. I’m still meditating daily, and keep dreaming bigger.  If you’re ready for a life changing experience – look for the “The Law of Attraction” books by Esther and Jerry Hicks.  They will change your life.
