We had the good fortune of connecting with Robert Nikovic and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Robert, what was your thought process behind starting your own business?
Our thought process behind starting our own business was, to build a business alone,whit the aim of making it grow and make it the best in Europe. But most importantly, to give a chance through our business to every player who needs it to become a pro in Europe.

Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
What differentiates us from the other agencies, is our working method and the unique opportunities that few others can offer. To get where we are today, which is not yet the point we want to get to, it took many sacrifices, hard work, and not giving up, always maintaining a specific vision of the result we want to achieve.
It wasn’t easy at all, as in every business you face difficulties of all kinds, but if you are constant and truly determined, you will always find a solution.
The lesson we’ve learned is that only after you don’t give up in difficult times, you achieve a greater result.
We would like the world to talk about us as one of the best successful agencies in our field.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
Thanks to our staff, who work 24/7 to keep the agency going and it is thanks to their work that we have achieved good results in a short time. It is only thanks to their hard work that we are one of the best agencies in Italy . The last thanks go to me and my business partner who always work to give new opportunities to each of our players.
