We had the good fortune of connecting with Samuel “Bo” Barber and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Samuel “Bo”, what was your thought process behind starting your own business?
I decided to start my own business after realizing the limitless opportunities that entrepreneurship provides. For me, time is very important and one of the most valuable resources we have. I wanted to be able to leverage my time to its maximum advantage and I felt the best way to do that was by working for myself.

Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
My tenacity paired with my industrious nature is what sets me apart from others. No one will outwork me. I wake up excited everyday that I get to help people accomplish what many would consider one of The American Dreams, which is home ownership. I’ve put in the time, energy, and effort that it takes to become an expert at my craft. It hasn’t always been easy but I’ve always been game for a challenge. My brand is my name. I’d like the world to know it comes with character, competence, and clear communication.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?      We would kick the week off in Downtown Delray at one of my favorite restaurants Cabana El Ray. They have great Cuban food and the staff is always very welcoming. I’d make sure we hit Top Golf in West Palm Beach for a few rounds and drinks. I’d also take him to another one of my favorite spots in Delray Beach, Studio 404 for their great brunch and frozen daiquiri’s. Being a former athlete we would definitely have to catch a Miami Heat game at the Triple A. The remainder of the trip we would spend time enjoying Downtown Delray Beach where you can find tons of places to hang out, shop, eat, and enjoy The Ave.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
My broker, Kurt Lehmann, and my colleagues at Lehmann Realty. We are a very well meshed group of individuals who work well together for our success as a whole.
