Hi Saturnie, we’d love to hear about how you approach risk and risk-taking
Risk (aka taking vast leaps of faith) has played a significant part in why I am here today as an entrepreneur. I remember being in the process of applying to medical school when I felt deep in my spirit to take a step back and pursue Professional Coaching instead. After many years of studying and accomplishments leading up to this moment, giving it all up for a new venture I felt I was called and purposed for took a lot of gut. But

What should our readers know about your business?
Flowing Love is all about experiencing life and love in a free-flowing way… nothing forced (It hurts and takes too much energy to force anything). I work with women of faith who feel stuck in their love life, stuck in the pain they are feeling, stuck in attracting the wrong love, or stuck in their feelings of unworthiness. I work closely with women of faith, but generally with those committed and ready to experience a shift from feeling stuck to flowing in life and love. This is achieved through specialized and highly tailored one-on-one professional coaching (paying attention to their specific story and goal), through mentorship (masterclass teachings, eBooks, guides/journals), or simply through daily motivation on my platforms. It depends on what my clients need (to me, it’s all about their needs). What sets me apart from other relationship coaches and speakers is the balance I bring between the spiritual and practical sides; both are needed to be successful. Often, people leave their lives and love lives entirely up to God when He’s clear that “faith without works is dead.” What this means is that God plays a role, but we also have a part to play. And that’s where I come in, helping women realize the power they hold as I help them discover the perfect steps to take according to where they are. My experiences, professional training, God-given wisdom, and passion give me the perfect blueprint to help women reach their victory. And so, what I’m most proud of is seeing the women I work with live the life they once desired, loving themselves first and later connecting with someone special. This journey has not been a smooth ride. Before I could understand the struggles of the women I serve, I first had to go through my personal battles; I had to face my demons, face my flaws, and face my strengths and weaknesses all at once. I had to be intentional and do the deep inner work necessary to become the wholesome woman I am and that my tribe/community would presently need. This makes it easy for me to understand and naturally connect with those I serve. Besides my growth journey, which brought forth lots of experiences and wisdom, besides the associated past pains and victories, there is also the business aspect. Going through a rigorous and highly demanding coaching program (to obtain the professional skills to serve my clients properly) was not easy. Building a community from scratch is not easy. Building a business from scratch is also not easy. As an entrepreneur, there are countless late nights and early mornings, a lot of research, a lot of creating, consistency, and a huge learning curve. Setting up goals is one thing, but doing the actual work to get there is another (beautifully enough, this is something I get to teach my clients today). In the midst of it all, my resilience keeps me going, my tribe keeps me going, seeing the beautiful changes taking place in the lives of those I serve keeps me going. When the world connects with my brand, it brings me great pleasure that excellence is experienced, that women can be themselves, without judgment. In this place, women of faith can come to reach the level of success they desire within themselves, in their relationships, and in marriage. Serving with excellence matters; achieving an actual lasting result matters.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
During this pandemic, I can’t think of a more perfect time to have some much-needed girl time with my sisters and best friend, whom I haven’t seen in what seems like forever. Exploring different parts of South Florida near the beach or near downtown is always a plus; Fort Lauderdale, Hollywood, and Brickell Miami, to name a few. These places are surrounded by numerous restaurants, shopping spots, dessert places, spas, and more. Also, something is refreshing about visiting and exploring a new town, even an hour or two away. Renting an Airbnb, trying a new cuisine, meeting the locals, and just enjoying the company of those we love. I often find it’s not the place visited that brings in the fun and excitement; it’s genuinely the company of those closest to us… no matter where we go.
