Hi Shana, do you disagree with some advice that is more or less universally accepted?
I disagree with ” starting a business is easy and everyone should do it ”

Starting your own business is for the weak and it sure isn’t easy. You have to have a determination, tough skins , and the will power to keep pushing everyday.

Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
What sets me apart is that it’s not just a business or something I just like to do but this is my passion , I get to create things for others and bring their vision to like and the biggest reward is the customer feedback, the impact I have on them when they actually receive their hand crafted item , it’s so rewarding to make someone else smile. I got to where I am with hard work, dedication, the desire to make.a difference while doing what I love and the overload of support. Was it easy, absolutely not , but the best way I was able to overcome alot of challenges being a business owner was by believing in myself and my business no matter what it looks like. The lessons I have learned is time management is very important, you have to have work and life balance, never discount your prices because others don’t agree! Always promote yourself and believe in you. Remain humble.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
Funny you asked was just hanging out for a small girls trip the cakeitmiami was fun , and prime 112 on the beach was a good place to host my friends bday dinner, also Wynnewood

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
Yes , first foremost God it’s because of him I am who I am ,my mom Elaine, may she rest in peace she taught me so much about going after my dreams. MY fiance , my Rock, my biggest supporter if I told him I wanted to sale grass hyperthetically speaking he would be right there, investing in me financially and spiritually. And last but not least my family, my sisters and church family , the support and love has been sooooo amazing!!! I wouldn’t be who and where I am had it not been for multitude of individuals who have been my biggest supporters
