Hi Sharlrita, is there something that you feel is most responsible for your success?
The most important factor behind the success of my brand is story telling. No matter how bad our past is someone can relate and someone can win in life just by sharing your story.

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
BWE Publishing and Consulting is a company that specialize in helping SHEeo’s write publish and launch their Signature book virtually hands free. We do all of the work for our clients. We’re the middle man of the self publishing and traditional publishing model.

One of the things I believe makes us successful is really narrowing down we are ideal client is. We’re specific in who we desire to assist. It’s not easy because we receive so many inquiries daily and we have to turn people away.

One of the things I am super excited about is my upcoming book. The Book Publisher’s Blueprint : 10 best kept secrets to starting a profitable publishing company.

My goal is to mentor new and aspiring aspiring book publisher and it starts with a book. Plus I want to be an example to my clients and audience

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
I wouldn’t definitely take my friend in North Hills Raleigh NC. It gives you that luxury feel and lots of fun.

We would eat Mexican, dance at the local club and also we would dine at the finest restaurants. We would definitely make sure we had a picnic at the local park. North Hills gives you that “I love it here vibe” we also have the best hotels

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
I want to shoutout my husband Anthony Deloatch. Many don’t know but he is the driving force behind my brand. When you want to look up supportive spouse his face will be right there. His creative ideas and his encouragement keeps me going. I will also say his tough love helps me to grow into the woman I am today. He is my coach and mentor during this current season in my life. I really appreciate him always pushing me and challenging me to become a better CEO.
