Shaughn, we are so thrilled to be connecting again and can’t wait to hear about all the amazing things you have been up to. Before we jump into all of that, some of our readers might have missed our prior interview, so can you take a moment to reintroduce yourself?
I am Shaughn Wright, a visionary entrepreneur and proud family man. I wear many hats, managing multiple dynamic brands, including Santorini Day Soiree, a premier events experience; Summit Pool Party, a one-of-a-kind premium pool entertainment venture; and Wright One Car Rentals, your go-to solution for quality and reliable vehicular rental services.

What I Do

My entrepreneurial journey has been shaped by my passion for creating memorable experiences and providing top-tier services. Whether it’s hosting unforgettable events, curating elite entertainment experiences, or delivering excellence through rentals, I strive to exceed expectations in every venture.

What truly sets me apart is my ability to innovate and take calculated risks. I thrive on pushing boundaries and transforming ideas into impactful realities. My willingness to embrace challenges and reimagine possibilities is the foundation of my success.

Journey and Family

My journey wouldn’t be complete without highlighting the incredible role my family has played. My wife, Kristen, has been my unwavering support system and partner in life. Her brilliance and dedication inspire me daily. Our amazing daughter, Isabella, brings joy and purpose to everything I do. Together, we’ve built a life rooted in love, ambition, and shared dreams.

From humble beginnings to leading multiple successful brands, my journey has been a testament to hard work, resilience, and the power of a strong support system. Every milestone achieved is a reflection of the values and passion I bring to everything I do.

This is just the beginning, and I’m excited about the future as I continue to innovate, grow, and inspire.

Great, so let’s jump into an update on what you have been up to since we last spoke. What can you share with us?
Achieving your goals with my brands Santorini, Summit Pool Party, and Wright One Car Rentals have been challenging and requires strategic planning, disciplined execution, and a vision-driven approach to drive successful outcomes. Here’s a structured way forward:

Santorini has grown from strength to strength from our first staging in November 2022 and we have hosted the likes of internation R&B sensation “Holiday” as a headliner and gotten consistent support and have had as much anywhere from 300 – 900 patrons at any given staging so we give thanks and look to grow continually. The long nights, the disappointments and difficulties have been there, but we stand resolute to achieve success. Similarly for Summit which happens in both Jamaica and Miami we have been consistently building the brand and hope to continue with its growth and profitability. We are excited for our upcoming staging of Santorini in March and Summit in May.

Wright One Rentals has also been growing consistently and yielded very good business from our major push and online marketing and promotion, so we look forward to increased customer base in 2025 and beyond. The sky is the limit for all of these very exciting ventures.

1. My ability to be a great dad.

2. My personal accomplishments and my ability to provide and be there fully and wholeheartedly for my family as a father and husband.

3. My professional accomplishments in regard to business, development, profitability, growth and assets im able to amass over the course of my life to allow my children and their children to have financial freedom and build on from a position of strength and accomplish all their dreams through having the means to do so.
