We had the good fortune of connecting with Sheinia Morgan and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Sheinia, can you walk us through the thought-process of starting your business?
I didn’t really set out with the intention of starting a skincare and spa business – I simply have always cared about beauty and once I found how beneficial it was for teenagers and adults . I wanted to spread my skincare benefits with others. I came across formulating my own products when I was researching. I had decided to get into the beauty business and knew I needed whatever help I could get! Before the business was even an idea, I tried and tested products on myself during my research and I was absolutely blown away! On the days I had my own skincare products I knew these product would be great for all without causing any allergic reactions or harm to anyone skin but I also noticed my skin was flawless and my thinking was clearer. Sometimes with “skincare” , it seems like I just have to trust my doing with other products I really saw noticeable differences! People were hardly aware of my brand when I started the business, but I thought they should be. Skincare products are the best way to a glowing skin It was only after I realized how amazing my products were that starting a business became an idea again, although I had no experience in the industry!

Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
I am a Author , Aesthetician and CEO who loves to empower entrepernuers and help them to THRIVE! I always tell my potential business owners during our first discovery that if you like to HAVE FUN {+ a few laughs} while making a BIG IMPACT in your business you have met your match! In 2020 after I lost my job working in the cooperate industry I wish I could say that the path to become an CEO of my own business was momentous celebration wasn’t always easy. While it hasn’t been easy – it has been rewarding. I am excited because I am an Author and Educator in primary schools and has reached this milestone encourage a life that fills me with so much passion is rewarding. The entrepreneur lifestyle also provides me the ability to live out my WHY – freedom, flexibility, and travel Being an example to my daughter is what keeps me moving forward. I want her to see the good in the world and learn how she can contribute. I believe as parents, we have the ability to demonstrate philanthropy by being a civically engaged leader in our immediate community, and beyond! Since starting my business in 2020, I have had to pivot a few times . My journey has taken many twists and turns. I have added services and let go of service lines that no longer inspire me. For instance, I started my business in 2020 highlighting just hand sanitizer . At that time, that was an easy formulation for me to sell local suppliers during the pandemic. Since that time, I have highlighted and honed my talent and skills in other areas today, I focus on a handful of products and services that truly inspire me and allow me to tap into my genius zones. Today, these products and three (3)special services remain top of my list . The first thing that sets me apart is, of course, our product. Tbeauty Skin add so many natural oils benefits to a long, detailed list of the cleanse products can be found on our instagram page .Tbeauty Skin not only add quality products but because of their absorbent properties, they also regulate the body’s absorption making energy and healthy skin last longer. When I started this business, all I had was the desire to share the luxury skincare benefits of tbeauty skin and the idea to do that through my skincare line . Being completely new to the skincare industry has been the main challenge throughout this journey, but I don’t feel it’s a big setback. I’ve had to do a lot of research and ask a lot of questions, but figuring out how to grow my business has been exhilarating despite the challenges. One thing I’ve learned is that every setback is a lesson, and it’s important to focus on what to learn from every experience. I also had great faith in God and myself, and with the inspiration of wanting to be a great example for my kids, I kept going. I’ve learned that everything is solvable if you don’t give up, and if you keep your eyes up and open for lessons, teachers, and opportunities. The teachers kept appearing at the right time, and I finally got onto store shelves of major retailers in the middle of 2021. Two important beginning stages were coming up with the product formulation and the packaging. I’m an avid of tbeauty skin so getting the formulation right was very important to me. There were ups and downs in finding the right oils and making sure they were effective in both non-toxic and texture, but I think (and have heard from many others) that the results are addicting. With the help of many customers both local & international , I now have ten different face & body products. Packaging was another challenging but fun step. I wanted a look that mirrored my product: simple and natural ingredients – a clean spin on the classic, non- toxic products I
know and love, without sacrificing scent .You can find my products locally at Olivers Pharmacy , Queens Supermarket and several independent stores and international retailers .

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
This is going to be a long travel ! Jamaica is its own ting abd I am proud to be a Jamaican unlike any other place. Be it the creativity of its arts scene, the mouthwatering cuisine or the culture that birthed reggae music, Jamaica lives up to the hype as one of the most popular Caribbean destinations.

The 14 unique parishes encourage a slower type of travel and this is one of the many reasons why If my friends are visting I would find them coming back over and over again. From the lush of the Montego Bay Hip Strip the stunning beaches to the lively nightlife scene, here are the best places I would take them .

I would take them to the Appleton Rum Estate , Bob Marley Museum Coral Cliff Gaming Lounge , doctor’s cave beach, Local Craft Vendors luminous lagoon ,Rafting Rivers & more.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
This is going to be long and diverse ! I’m wholly product of Montego Bay, Jamaica since I’ve lived here my entire life and absolutely love my country .I also have a love for the support I get from Dark Star Production , Oliver Pharmacy, Queens Supermarket and the SDC ( Social Development Commission) manager Ms.Gooden which has encourage me as an entrepreneur to access its services through support programme until I decided to host my own event called ” Brunch with Bosses” and writing my own book The Beauty Entrepernuer’s Handbook dedicated to my daughter tatiana who continues to inspire me and teenagers to teach the future generation of young entrepernuer’s what it takes to start your own beauty brand that will help them to create that entrepernuer mindset. I have to add that it’s very important to me that we respect and support the local business of my beautiful country ! One of my favourite thing to do as an entrepreneur is to attend business seminars and network.
