Hi Shiran, we’d love to hear more about how you thought about starting your own business?
My thought process? Well, imagine discovering that just by swapping out a few ingredients, you can help someone not only feel better physically but also mentally. It’s like I’m in the “superhero” business of food! I realized I could truly change lives through what’s on their plates—showing that good fats, proteins, and real ingredients can be as powerful as any medication. I love explaining every detail to my customers, breaking down the magic behind each ingredient. I wanted to make eating healthy something *people want* to do because they feel the difference. It’s not just about food; it’s about creating a whole new, healthy, happy lifestyle!
Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
My journey as a personal chef has been a blend of passion, persistence, and a deep belief in the power of food to transform lives. What sets me apart is my dedication to a “pure kitchen” philosophy—using only natural, high-quality ingredients to create meals that are as nourishing as they are delicious.
I’m most proud of the impact my meals have on clients’ health, and it’s thrilling to work alongside respected medical clinics to further this mission. Getting here wasn’t always easy; there were countless late nights experimenting and fine-tuning recipes to make healthy food truly satisfying. But seeing people feel better, both physically and mentally, has made every challenge worthwhile.
The biggest lesson? Healthy eating isn’t about restriction—it’s about enjoying every bite knowing it fuels a vibrant, joyful life. And that’s the story behind my brand: making nutritious food feel indulgent and fulfilling.
Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
Oh, we’d start the trip with some serious beach time—because nothing says “welcome” like a good dose of sun and sand! First stop, breakfast at Pura Vida for those fresh, feel-good vibes. Then, I’d make it my mission to spoil them with some of my own healthy, mouth-watering dishes. We’d mix in a few local hidden gems, a bit of live music, and maybe some fun outdoor adventures. By the end of the week, they’ll be tan, well-fed, and fully convinced this is paradise!
Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
Oh, absolutely! First and foremost, I have to give a huge shoutout to my husband and kids. They’ve been my real-life proof—and my fearless guinea pigs—throughout this whole journey. From endless taste tests to long Januarys full of recipe experiments, they were right there by my side, showing firsthand how powerful food can be for health, focus, and mood. They’ve been the best cheerleaders and test subjects anyone could ask for, proving to me over and over how much good, clean eating can truly change lives.
