Meet SUARE | DJ/Producer

We had the good fortune of connecting with SUARE and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi SUARE, why did you decide to pursue a creative path?
I needed a different and genuine method to express. I really like the fact that SUARE is genuinely me. My music and my performances are consequences of my life experiences. We all need a reason to get off the bed and start our days. For me, it’s my music, besides those who I love, of course. Music just keeps me sane and alive, allowing me to deal with a world that never stop and changes every second.

Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
I think what sets me apart from others is my passion for creating music that has a message. I’m most proud of the fact that I’ve been able to create music that resonates with people and makes them feel something. I’ve learned that persistence and hard work are key to achieving success… sounds cliché, but it’s real. I understand that it’s important to stay true to yourself and your vision, even when others doubt you. No matter what, the goal remains: create music that has a positive impact on people’s lives. I want to inspire others to follow their dreams and pursue their passions. Best way? Universal language: Music.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
I’m not currently living in Puerto Rico, but let’s use my island to create a great scenario! During the day, I would definitely take them to the beautiful beach at Isla Verde, and during the night, I would take them to the best underground raves at secret locations. To eat and drink, that’s easy… nothing better than a road trip around the island, where options are unlimited. However, I always say is not about the destination, but the people with you and the energy/vibe, and for that… nothing better than our music.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
I need to shoutout our record label Back&Forward Records, and every member, artist, movement, company, or any name that has worked with us within the last 5 years, and of course, every single listener out there! This can’t be builded by 1 person, and we have the blessing of working with amazing people that respect who we are and what we do.
