We had the good fortune of connecting with Suzane Joseph and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Suzane, have there been any changes in how you think about work-life balance?
When I first became an entrepreneur in 2016 I had such a poor work life balance. I didn’t prioritize or manage my personal and work life. It left me drained, overwhelmed, stressed and at the end leaving me very depressed. I made a decision to get help and support through Therapy. The tools that were taught to me was to set boundaries, self-care, learning long term tools to manage my time with work and personal life, and not allowing myself to be accessible to everyone so that I can mentally feel balanced. I love the direction my life is going because I gained mental freedom. We think staying busy all the time and feeling burnt out is healthy, but it’s not.
Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
