We had the good fortune of connecting with Tara Loera and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Tara, what is the most important factor behind your success?
I have to say staying consistent, believing you can do this with determination. I also worked a 9-5 job and was able to run my business on the side as well. Was working 16 hrs days and no days off but it was well worth the sacrifice to be my own boss and work for myself. Between body sculpting and being a master trainer and winning awards from my results and being successful. I also do Pmu ombré brows, hyaluronpen, spray tanning and have an Etsy shop with lip line iLikeCandy. The success of my brand I have to say is from the support of my friends and family and the social media and internet presence. That is a key factor and a must. Why not use to ur advantage since it’s free and available to us all. It’s like who isn’t on the internet right? Being single and no kids it has given me the opportunity to be an entrepreneur female and be successful in my business and all on My own. I also have an entertainment business and worked for Las Vegas shows like Britney Spears, tv shows, award shows and even appearing on the Kardashians show as well. I want woman to believe if I can do it so can you. With the drive, hard work and determination as well.

Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
What sets me apart from others is I am not scared to work. Am determined to succeed, what am I most proud of is myself how hard work has paid off. And being able to develop a technique to obtain these results and make woman beautiful. How did it get here? It was because of my bestie. She got me into the beauty stuff, was it easy? Not at all long and stressful times and I’m the middle of a pandemic as well. I had got laid off and needed something else. What are the lessons I learned along the way? Don’t worry and compare yourself to others, you are your own self. What do I want the world to know about me and my brand? That I am a simple girl that wants to have something for herself and be able to support myself and be my own boss. My story to imagine I was working for Starbucks for 17 years on and off and how corporations you are just a number to them. Small business for me and myself that can help me and my family in the future. But am so grateful for Starbucks with them I wouldn’t be where I am today!

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
I would take them to the strip since I live in Las Vegas and also site see, such amazing desert scenery like trails. Where would we eat, wicked spoon, buccanal buffet is my favorite, sushi place Kona sushi and affordable. Drink the tiki bar has amazing cool drinks and the servers are the best. The strip here is something else and no other place like it, just like they say what happens in vegas stays in vegas nope my friends what’s happens in vegas ends up online. Places to check out? The linq is so fun, the New York New York roller coaster, and now my favorite is selfie world.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
I want to thank my bestie Jay she was the one that always believed in me and got me into the beauty. Without her and of course my mom I wouldn’t of been able to do any of this! Couldn’t be more grateful for the love and support.
