Hi Tashi, how do you think about risk?
Taking risk is really stepping over your boundaries & stepping into new territory without knowing the outcome, whether good or bad. Life rewards you by your actions. If you’re too timid to take the first step, you’ll never truly know what’s on the other side. If I had cared about what people thought of me, of my journey, mistakes along the way, then millions of people wouldn’t know who Tashi Pearson is.
Every time we step out & just believe, we’re rewarded.

Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
Since a child, I’ve love to specialize in different areas such as arts, dance (ballet, Afro dance), sports, music and so much more. I wanted to do it all then and grownup me wants to fulfill all my inner child dreams.
What sets me apart from others is my creativity and love for arts. I impress myself every time I create something new. I’m proud of myself for keep going, keep learning & keep trusting in God.
Success isn’t about the lavish outcomes that people see, for me it’s begging God to show me what my purpose is, it’s asking him to prepare me for what may come, it’s begging him to let me start & keeping my promise to keep going.
When you want something as bad as I did & finally gets even a piece of it, no matter the circumstances, you have to keep going!
Success is about your mentality, your spiritual life with God, your health, financial literacy etc. you can have success but have a distasteful character, an ungrateful heart, greed etc.. Everyone should work on their character before, during or after success

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
I’d take them to Jamaica. What place is better than Jamaica 😅
Our first stop would be kfc
We’d be staying in Morant Bay because there’s a lot of fun activities to do there

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
I want to thank God for allowing me to be who he has called me to be, thanking him for preparing me for the different outcomes that life brings & just everything in general
Secondly, I want to thank my sister for being by my side, letting God use her, encouraging me, inspiring me & for everything else in between.
