Meet Teri Angel: Happiness Coach and Peace Ambassador

We had the good fortune of connecting with Teri Angel and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Teri, what was your thought process behind starting your own business?
When I started Angelspeakers in 2014, the intention was to network with other likeminded individuals/companies and collaborate in an effort to reach more people with our messages of hope and light for our world. That intention still exists. Over the years, the means of outreach has evolved and especially over the last year with the changing dynamics as we learn a new way of communicating with each other.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
As a Happiness Coach, I work with people on all levels – personal, business, relationships, etc. Since happiness is an inside job, I encourage self-searching and provide tools for the client to discover any barriers that are holding them back from achieving the best possible life in all their roles. I am proud of the fact that I have grown from my own life experiences and listened to the calling to act on my passion, which is world peace. I am currently on a pilgrimage to share that vision on what is called the Peace On Earth Tour. I have traveled from Southeast Florida to South California over the last 5 months speaking about peace and joy. I have performed land blessings in 9 states to honor and bless the land we live on and its inhabitants. This is the biggest accomplishment of my life and it is still ongoing. As I travel, I continue to work with others as a Happiness Coach. It has not been an easy journey to keep the business going with the experience of the pandemic and all that accompanies that but I have found that the services I offer are so needed in the midst of the isolation and fear that has come forth from this event. I have stood firm in my belief that we all have the ability to see authentic selves as a spirit holding love and light inside and when we connect to that we are able to see the same in each other. I am honored to be an ambassador of peace and spread the message throughout the world. We are here for a nanosecond in the great scheme of eternity, so let’s enjoy this life – every minute of it! It is my heart’s desire that every being find peace in their heart and in their world.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
I love Fort Lauderdale and have been missing it since I have been on the road the last 5 months. One of my favorite spots is Quiet Waters Park. The nature energy here is amazing and conducive to meditation and inner reflection. Fort Lauderdale Beach is full of excitement and a wonderful place to walk and explore the many shops and restaurants along the way. One of my favorites is Aruba Beach Cafe and Casa Calabria. Going inland for Mexican cuisine, I would want my guests to experience Tequila Sunrise with their amazing fajitas and tacos, along with fishbowl margueritas. Flanigan’s Seafood Bar and Grill is another favorite spot to enjoy a variety of food for whatever fits your fancy. Fort Lauderdale has many facets but my love for the beach and ocean would definitely influence where I take my guests, experiencing the beach for early morning sunrises and late evening star watching. Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
