We had the good fortune of connecting with the ARC Project and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi the ARC, have you ever found yourself in a spot where you had to decide whether to give up or keep going? How did you make the choice?
The music industry is an ever-changing beast. Some of the greatest musicians spend their entire life creating and performing for minimal recognition, when those with less talent but more resources and mainstream approach get instant success and recognition globally. It can be frustrating, depressing and make you lose momentum because your passion dwindles with every failed attempt. Well, we are here to let you know that there is absolutely no reason to quit, or get discouraged at all. It takes years to develop, and eventually it does pay off. It really depends on what you want from it all. For us, it’s all about just having fun, and making music. If you stay on track, and do it for the right reasons, you can never really fail. Do it for you, do it for the ones that take the time to listen and support. Do it for the love of the music and your contribution to true creative expression. If you do it for fame and fortune, or any other type of self centered reason, you may find it backfiring on you, leading to the aforementioned negative repercussions that so many artists struggle with. Set goals, and push forward. It may take years, but one thing is certain… Every step is contributing to your forward momentum.

Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?

Right now we are focusing on music videos and content. Our latest music video “Xero Zero” has won an award two international nominations for best music video so far. One nomination at the IMVA’s in London, and the other at the Golden Giraffe International Film Festival in France and winning nomination at the 8 & HalFilm Awards which are recognized by IMDB and have a chance to be screened during the Cannes International Film Festival. We love the creation process, and having full control from song, to cinematography really gives us a feeling of accomplishment when it is received so well, especially internationally.

Our next music video “Money” is a song from our upcoming album and with a funky Blues/Hip-Hop vibe that tells a story from the old country days. It should be released sometime around June or July of 2023. We also have a full album of music that we will slowly be releasing as singles in the next few months until the end of the year. Every song is different, and challenges the boundaries of musical genres.

We want to tell the world that we are here, and we want to connect with you. Community is important in the music industry, and we are here to network with extreme spiritual intent. Hopefully our creative process will be the gateway to these beautiful moments that are waiting for us.

The ARC Project is on a mission to help pave the way for a new funky fresh era of divine audio intervention on a higher level. Our music pushes the boundaries of normality and mainstream white noise beyond its comfortability barrier. Our intention is to break those chains that divide and suppress us artistically and emotionally to help carve a path for future inspiration.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
Definitely Respectables or anything within the Sub-Culture of South Florida. They have amazing venues, and restaurants all over the area. You know when you visit, you are supporting the true artistic scene. Propaganda in Lake Worth Beach is another live venue that deserves all the love you can give. Places like the Funky Biscuit, Crazy Uncle Mikes, or the Culture Room are what help contribute to touring and locals artists so we can help keep music alive. It’s not in our area, but Spirit of the Suwannee Music Park and Virginia Key Beach (Love Burn/Grassroots) are main staples in Florida that you should ALWAYS support.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
Shout out to all the artists on the grind. We believe in you. Whether it’s canvas, daw, instrumentations, dancing, acting, or performing in any way shape or form… Keep your head up Kings and Queens.

Shout out to Love Burn (Glen & Prosperity) and the Burning Man community that give us, and artists like us a reason to be inspired.

Shout out to people like Rodney Mayo (West Palm Beach) who set the stage and continue to support local artists by providing amazing venues & events with unmatchable hospitality towards the art community. Even when up against all odds like corrupt Mayors and local government that target the art community and those who support it for personal profit and corporate gains.

Shout out to Spirit of Suwannee Music Park, and Paul Levine who keep music alive by providing fans and artists a safe and beautiful experience with amazing production quality and vibes that set the standard for the industry and beyond.

…. And BIG shouts to the people behind the scenes that get the least recognition.. The engineers, stage hands, vendors, worker bees, accounting, design, management, live visual creators and every promoter and merch purchasing fan that help keep this momentum relative enough for us to do what we do. You are the true backbone of this whole thing. Without your hard work, we would not have a stage to perform on.
